Nothing was ever too much trouble and because it was Jenny that I spoke with all the time, there was never any need to repeat anything. I am actually a little bit sad that I won't need to contact them any more. Thank you all so much.

GoogleAppalling experience. Made an offer on one property that had been on the market since November last year. Viewed it less than a week ago and made an offer below asking price (no other offers on the table). Ironic in less than a week, multiple offers made? Another property today. Phoned to enquire if any new information is available. Ladies screen crashes and asks a colleague. I got informed that five offers, including my own had been made, would I like to increase my offer. I informed I would like to withdraw my offer and continue looking. Within two minutes another person from breaky and co rang back to inform there was only two offers including ours on the table? At this point , my partner believe that breaky and co are gazumping prices and will not look at any more properties with them. They will take offers and continously encouraging "best and final" to gazump pricing. Likely targeting first time buyers. Only positive i can say is that they have good telephone manner. Watch out for these strategies.
Hello Anthony i have looked into your details and can see that you have viewed a few of our properties. When we receive multiple offers on a property we always go to best and final offers although you are stating that we are doing this on purpose, and that because we received multiple offers on this particular property it was ironic, we sell houses, its what we do so i cant see why its ironic. yes we always try to get the best offer for the vendor who we ultimately work for, it is our job to get them the highest price, im sorry that you feel this is not acceptable to you but vendors quite often wish to wait to take further viewings to see if anyone else makes an offer. There is no advantage to us to go to best and finals other than to get the vendor the best price.

FacebookFrom the start of our sales process the service was friendly and the staff couldn’t do enough in giving us the best valuation for our current property taking the pictures and creating our brochure so quickly our house was up for sale in days Charlotte Jayne and Laura made this experience so easy and professional so Thankyou xxx After selling our house within a day we then had to find a new property and Kayleigh was on hand 24/7 in helping us book viewings, showing us round properties and helping us find our perfect home from having our offer accepted which Ella was amazing In helping us with we then dealt with Kayleigh and Jenni who could not have been more helpful as they both played a major part in getting our sale to complete in just over 8 weeks which for us was amazing, nothing was to much trouble phone calls emails updates were regular from the two girls and honestly we had every detail and update throughout! The service was amazing and I would recommend breakey & co to anybody I know moving house and that’s down to the girls who helped me move. To the final second jenni and Kayleigh were there for us and continue to be even after our sale we are very grateful for our excellent service the girls are amazing xxxx Thankyou xxxx

FacebookIf you’re looking for a friendly, local and professional service then I’d highly recommend using Breakey & Co.I Sold and bought through Breakey earlier this year and I have to say every single member of staff was very professional, personable, friendly and contactable, even through the full lockdown during COVID.My property was in high demand while up with Breakey and ended up selling at a higher price. It was marketed poorly with another local agent just prior, so I can only put the increased interest down to Lauras’ fantastic photos and write up which was spot on!Big thanks to Charlotte, an absolute asset to the company, I was kept updated daily, the communication was excellent even through the difficult circumstances. Louise, Emma and Suzie were fantastic, always available to answer any of our questions, very knowledgeable and professional and great at getting in touch with solicitors when we struggled to contact them ourselves. FacebookYes most definitely. I first put my property on the market in January 2021, Breakey took excellent photos and communicated with me every step of the way. Unfortunately due to circumstances the property fell through with the first sale. I was devastated and didn’t know what to do but thanks to a lovely lady at Breakey’s ( Mrs Jenny Kinnaird) who has been a constant support, she explained what l needed to do and also encouraged me not to lose hope. It is due to her and her colleagues that there has been a successful outcome and the property has sold. The Company are one you can truly rely on, and l would fully recommend them.
