Called on the day the house was advertised, was told I need to speak to an advisor to get AIP before I can view. I agreed and was told I would get an email from the mortgage advisor advising on some times, a whole 8 days passed so I chased up, the person I spoke to said she will chase up immediately and will call back ASAP, I heard nothing for, then I sent an message via right move and a few minutes later, I get a VM apologising and telling me the email was stuck in junk, I have never had that experience with outgoing emails but hey, I'm not very technical so it could be the case, but should this not be checked just in case, shouldnt the mortgage advisor be chased by the person that took the call the 1st time or the 2nd time. The worst bit was, when I finally managed to speak to the advisor, he told me the property has already got offers and might not accept any further viewings.......

Absolutely over the moon with the service received by all at A Wilson’s. I wasn’t expecting to move so soon but after seeing a house come up that was just so convenient for mine and my children’s lives (being so close to family school and work), I decided to bite the bullet and request a viewing. All viewing spaces were full but the team managed to find one last slot for me! Fell in love straight away, rang first thing in the morning to apply and had the keys within 24 hours! My experience before has been nothing short of horrendous with other companies but this time around it was all so easy and straight forward, nothing was too much trouble for anyone involved and they even made a fuss over my very demanding 2 year old at the office (which she still talks about the fishes now). Thank you again everyone, we have settled in and my girls are super happy knowing they are only a stone throw away from their favourite person (nan). You guys really are the loveliest, most efficient people and we are so grateful for your efforts!

I had a viewing booked for 11/01/22 for a rental property. I booked this on the 05/01/22. Booked time off work so I could attend the block viewings I was told would be happening. I turned up to the viewing with nobody there. I ring A Wilson Estates, to see what's going on.. Their reply was "Has noday told you, the landlord agreed on private rental over the weekend" I feel very upset and disheartened that I wasn't even made aware of this. Very poor communication. Very Unprofessional.

I have bought & sold with many different agents in the past & decided to sell with A Wilson after noticing lots of sold boards on properties in my area. From the first meeting I knew I was in safe hands. All the staff kept me up to date with how things were progressing & there is also an online system where you can check the progress. I found the staff to be friendly, professional & very helpful & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. I also used their recommended solicitor who also did a fantastic job!

From the first viewing with Melissa we were blown away by her customer care that when we had 2 other properties that was better than the A Wilson one we decided that the A Wilson one was for us. Melissa really sold us on the property with her sparkly personality and customer care. We were able to get our application fast tracked as we had a time critical situation for an immediate move and the team were able to accommodate that in time. Thank you all for your duty of care, professionalism, speedy turnaround and attentiveness in getting my family and I moved into our new home. I have dealt with 6 or 7estate agents in the past couple of years, both buying and selling. A Wilson were far and away the best. They were recommended on a local Facebook group and as soon as I met Caroline I knew I was in safe hands. They sold my house on day one, went above and beyond in supporting me, with little details that really helped me at a difficult time. This all female team are professional, honest, emphatic - and nice! Oh if only all estate agents came in this mould. Their recommended solicitor was pretty awesome too.
