I was extremely happy with the service given to me by all staff at A Wilson Estate Agents. I came to them after being badly let down by another Estate Agents and was impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and a feeling of being looked after by all the staff. I had a rocky ride with selling and felt I had the advice and support of all members of staff. Having found myself in a position that I had to rent for a short period of time I can honestly say that the whole experience from beginning to end was so easy with both Sarah and Vicky helping/guiding me all the way. Nothing was too much trouble especially when I thought I’d locked myself out at 8pm one winters night and they had someone round with me within 2 hours (Sarah/Vicky stop laughing now 😊 ) If I ever find myself in a position that I had to rent again I wouldn’t hesitate to contact A Wilson’s.

I would recommend A Wilson as a letting agent and also as an estate agent. I have used the letting service for over 5 years and found the service to be excellent. When a property has become vacant they have been very proactive in finding tenants and have been efficient in completing all necessary checks and paperwork I recently sold a property very quickly and smoothly, again i found all the staff to be friendly and professional responding quickly to any queries and keeping in touch throughout the process.

We decided to sell our house with A Wilson Estates in February 2019. Caroline visited our home for valuation & was lovely, friendly, honest making us feel at ease about the selling process. This having been our first time selling our property. We knew selling our home with A Wilson was the right decision. Our home was on the market quickly & within two days of it’s listing was sold! We couldn’t believe our luck. Everything from start to finish has been professional, the A Wilson team are pro active, their communications are spot on. We are now in our new home & the process has been less stressful because of the team we’ve had such a good team working for us. Adele , Chelsea and Leanne have been on hand throughout what can sometimes be a stressful and daunting process to answer any questions we have had. They're selling my house so I definitely think they're good. Everyone I've dealt with has just been lovely. Reasonable fees and links to local solicitors for the sales and purchases. When they come out doing photos they work with you to make them as good as possible. Little things like straightening out bedding and stuff like that make a world of difference. The little things make a big difference and these people deal with it all.
