I want to add extra thanks to Natalie who pushed the extra mile with my buyers and took the time to ring people and solicitors to confirm details and push the sale through. GoogleI just sold my home through AWilson Estates. They're nothing short of excellent. They provide a professional, prompt and responsive service. I particularly like the E-platform they use for up to date Vendor and Buyer progress points. All of the staff are great, i'd like to particularly thank Sarah Connolly who was my allocated direct contact. At first point of contact there was a tangible feeling of care and desire to succeed quickly in selling my home. Not something I felt with other local Estate Agents at that same point of contact. They immediately set to sourcing buyers from their ever ready potential buyers listing. They quickly found a buyer and the whole process was smooth and well informed from beginning to end. I sincerely recommend AWilson Estates above any other Estate Agents in this area. You will be well looked after and very glad you did, without doubt.

GoogleMyself and my sister have just sold our family home with A Wilson Estates. A brilliant choice, as the whole process was professional, friendly and efficient throughout. From the initial valuation done by Sarah O'Brien, to Completion Day itself, via conversations on both the phone and email throughout the process, with Sarah Connolly and Natalie McCarthy. Everything was first class, and stress levels were virtually non-existant due to the professional and friendly attitude of all staff with whom we dealt with. We both would not hesitate to engage the services of A Wilson Estates again in the future, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Many thanks once again, David Owen & Jill Petrillo.

GoogleHaving bought a house that was being sold by A Wilson I cannot recommend them enough, they kept in touch with me every week keeping me upto date with how things were progressing, which kept my mind at ease. I’d definitely use them again if I were to sell. Natalie is very easy to speak to and get along with, I’m going to miss our weekly chats. The gift box from them upon completion was also a lovely touch.

GoogleA Wilson estates have been so helpful through what was a very difficult process dealing with my late Father -in-Laws property. From pointing us in the right direction of a structural surveyor (Tim Wing) who then recommended a structural engineer (John Killan). The girls are always so pleasant and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Sarah Connelly, for her positivity and cheerfulness, who was our usual point of contact. I would not hesitate in recommending A Wilson to anyone who is trying to sell their property.

GoogleA Wilson were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They managed to arrange a viewing at short notice, put my offer to the vendor, kept me informed with everything that was going on and when things hit choppy waters they were there to steer me through. A personal thanks to Sarah O'Brien who was absolutely wonderful and without whom I may not have managed to complete the sale. My thanks also to the rest of the team who picked up in Sarah's absence.

GoogleI have just bought my first home through A Wilson and I cannot thank the girls more. I lost out on a property I wanted but then the girls at the office told me about another which was coming up recently and would suit me even more. I got a viewing and before I knew it I got told the property was mine. They have been so super helpful and kind and supportive for any questions/query’s I have had as Iv never bought a house before. They have been keeping me updated with anything I need to know and are still helping me with questions I have now. I would highly highly recommend using them. I have dealt with Sarah, Adele and Leanne and all of them are very very lovely ladies :) cannot thank them enough xxxxx

From the first phone call up until completion, which was a lengthy process, they never failed to keep us updated and do everything they could to try and make things as less stressful as possible. Other local 'failing' agents could learn a lot from you guys :) A Wilson encompass everything an agent should be... they are passionate about what they do, honest, friendly yet professional, extremely proactive and have unrivalled knowledge about the market! I have used A Wilson Estates to sell my house (completing tomorrow) and they were also the agent for my purchase.....thank god! Sarah Connelly was absolutely fantastic, she got my sale and purchase through super quick and was always prompt with responding to any of my queries. FacebookI can't sing the teams praises enough at A Wilson particularly Sarah who turned what was a negative experience with another agent into the best experience. Sarah was there every single step of the way from setting up the sale of my house to helping me find a new one, helping to find a removal company and keeping me updated on my purchase even though it wasn't through them! Worth their weight in gold and will recommend to anyone I know that is thinking of putting their house on the market.
