GoogleWe recently sold our house through A Wilson Estates Ltd and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
They are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and they kept us informed at every step of the journey. They were also very patient and understanding, and always went the extra mile to help us with our many many questions along the way.
A Wilson Estates Ltd also helped our vendors buy their new home, and they helped our buyers sell their property. This meant that everyone was working together towards the same goal, and it made the whole process much easier.
I was particularly impressed with A Wilson Estates Ltd communication. I was always able to get in touch with our agent when I had a question or concern, and he always responded promptly.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the service we received from A Wilson Estates Ltd. They are a professional and reliable estate agent, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleI was a tenant in a property let by A Wilson estates 7and a half years always paid my rent on time kept the apartment absolutely pristine i carpeted the living room and hallway less than 2yrs before I gave notice and moved out since moving out I’ve had serious problems in getting my deposit returned too me moved out 2nd of June 2023 have phoned A Wilson est a few times they insist I’ve had my deposit paid back I’ve not the DPS have assured me my deposit has not been paid back obviously I’m getting no help from A Wilson I’m no longer paying my rent too them I’m really disappointed and the attitude of one of the females when I called was just awful her name was Emma don’t know her surname apparently there are 2 Emma’s work there tread carefully

As my colleagues in the rental department discussed with you, A Wilson never held the deposit for your tenancy as it was lodged by your Landlords previous Rental Managing Agent. We really did try our best to help you with advice for how to approach the DPS to recover your deposit, we tried to approach DPS ourselves to assist you but due to GDPR they would not discuss the matter with ourselves. We do help you were able to find a resolution with the DPS.

GoogleSale and purchase were both with A Wilson. They did a fabulous job marketing our rather niche property and secured a really strong offer. One or two teething troubles along the way with delays due to Tameside Council having such a backlog on searches. They were in to that too drawing in the help of local councillors to get things moving with the council. I’ve used them before and would certainly recommend. I’m not planning on moving again so can’t say I’d use them again 😂. I did list at first with another agent due to fees alone. That was a mistake as cheapest certainly were not the best and I should have gone with my gut and listed with them. Professional and reliable and get results! GoogleWe found out perfect rented home through A Wilson.
We have mainly delt with Emma, who new exaclty what she was doing from day 1 to support us and was always on hand to answer and questions or sort any queries, but all the team are friendly and helpful if she wasn't available when we were in the middle of the moving in process and needed anything.
The team are easy to contact and the turn around for us getting keys was much quicker than expected.
We had a small none urgent issue in the house and 3 hours after we reported it we had a plumber here who sorted the issues instantly.
We hope to stay in the house long term and this is due to the house being exaclty what we need but also a massive factor is knowing the agent is so pro active should we ever need them.

GoogleApplied for a house, disabled family who has been given 2 months notice to move. Waited a week to be told we was the perfect family but the owners who are part of a church have not accepted because they said they want more viewers for it .The house has also been reduced the day we was told this. I think it's a very very unfair reason and has been an insult to be honest and its a shame the estate agent can not do more with them saying we are a perfect family. Very let down.

Unfortunately we are not able to force a Landlord to take an application, we can only put it forward to them and ask them to make a decision. On this occasion they chose not to proceed with your application and we were desperately disappointed for you.

GoogleDO NOT USE. Worst estate agent I have dealt with in YEARS. Had us stressed and wasted our time past the day we were meant to move in(Costing us more money). ESPECIALLY look out for an agent by the name of E**ma (caught her in multiple blatant LIES). We paid a holding deposit for a flat and mid background checks they put an AD out for the same flat and started looking for more tenants with our holding fee in their accounts.
STRESS and DRAMA is the only service we got from dealing with this company.

There was a delay in that information being forthcoming from yourselves and in the end our Landlord unfortunately asked us to find alternative tenants due to the length of time this was taking.
