We used this company when selling our house, and having previously dealt with other estate agents, the positive experience we had with Wilson was even more noticeable. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and answered all our questions straight away. They gave us a realistic valuation of our property, unlike some other agents who deliberately overvalue a house to win your business and then gradually reduce the price. They also think of everything. From the quality of the photographs and the property description to providing useful information about the local area, they clearly put a lot of thought into how to present your property in the best possible way. Our buyer’s solicitor was unfortunately very slow, which could easily have made the whole process extremely stressful and drawn-out. The Wilson team took the initiative, helped organise the negotiations and kept things moving. Thanks to them, the sale was completed much more quickly than it otherwise might have been. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, patient and highly professional. Selling a house can be a very stressful and complicated process, but with Wilson we felt that we could trust them to deal with things and keep us informed throughout. It’s no surprise that we are seeing more and more Wilson boards around the area. They have earned their reputation. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone selling their property.

I have just bought my first home through A Wilson and I cannot thank the girls more. I lost out on a property I wanted but then the girls at the office told me about another which was coming up recently and would suit me even more. I got a viewing and before I knew it I got told the property was mine. They have been so super helpful and kind and supportive for any questions/query’s I have had as Iv never bought a house before. They have been keeping me updated with anything I need to know and are still helping me with questions I have now. I would highly highly recommend using them. Me and my wife recently bought a property through A Wilson. From putting the offer in March to then completing in June, the team at A Wilson have been amazing. All queries were resolved in a timely manner. Communication is one of the great qualities the team have. We would highly recommend to anyone to buy or sell through A Wilson! Would like to 100% advise staying well clear of purchasing property, especially new-build property from Neil Anthony Harrison. Two years snagging means absolutely nothing as he flat out refuses to sort the issues out of the house. Buy from a reputable developer, warning potential buyers , as he uses this agent to sell his property. This agent hasn’t helped post-sale to resolve it for me. UPDATE May 2026 Would also like to add, during the mortgage stage, my lender required me to have a new build warranty in place. Upon calling this estate agent, they said the warranty is with ‘X’ company. Upon calling this company, they said the property only has a PCC certificate in place, not a 10-year warranty. Absolutely scandalous that I have been completely misled not only by the developer but also by this estate agent. Buyers beware. Have instructed solicitors to get involved.
