I would definitely recommend a wilson estates to anybody who is looking to sell a house or buy a house I sold my house with a wilson and bought another one had to wait 18 months for my new house to go ahead as it had to go to probate before I could buy it, a wilson did a lot off chasing and always let me know where it was up to, they made sure I got the house, thank you, a wilson

My partner and I are due to complete on our house purchase tomorrow morning. A Wilson Estates have been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They have accommodated a number of viewings (both before and after having our offer accepted) and always answered any questions or concerns we had straight away. They have been incredibly involved throughout the entire process and made sure that we understood the timescales involved and what we had to do to make sure that the purchase could happen promptly (which we appreciated as first-time buyers). If you’re wondering why you should still pay an estate agent when you’ve got apps and ‘free’ ways of selling your house: A Wilson are the reason why. From start to finish they have been absolutely amazing. Every single person in the office knows what’s going on, you’re not waiting for one specific person to call you back, if you call, they can all give you the answer that you’re looking for. They’re reassuring, lovely, work their socks off for you and it seems they are as excited to get you moving as you are. I would recommended them over and over again. We considered going with one of the ‘free’ online ones, but cannot tell you just how glad we are that we didn’t do that. To have the peace of mind that someone wants your house to sell, wants to help you to sell it, is always at the end of the phone or an email, was just perfect for us.
