GoogleHaving not bought a property for such a long time, they helped us through the process of buying, they kept us informed when a property that met our requirements came on the market and subsequently arranged viewings at a time that suited all parties. Leanne showed us round the majority of the properties we viewed. Sarah (O’Brian) was our main contact in the office but everybody who we spoke to were really helpful at all stages of the transaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family who were buying or selling.

FacebookWe decided to sell our house with A Wilson Estates in February 2019. Caroline visited our home for valuation & was lovely, friendly, honest making us feel at ease about the selling process. This having been our first time selling our property. We knew selling our home with A Wilson was the right decision. Our home was on the market quickly & within two days of it’s listing was sold! We couldn’t believe our luck. Everything from start to finish has been professional, the A Wilson team are pro active, their communications are spot on. We are now in our new home & the process has been less stressful because of the team we’ve had such a good team working for us. I honestly believe we couldn’t of chose anyone better, the A Wilson team are fantastic & I couldn’t recommend them enough. They go above & beyond for their clients. We also used their recommended solicitors, G P Goldman who dealt with both our Sale & Purchase. Honestly one of the best solicitors I’ve dealt with, very thorough with everything, communicated really well with all parties & was proactive which again for peace of mind was everything for us as we knew everything was in hand. It makes a massive difference when you have a good team working for you. We completed in 10 weeks, working we quite a long chain as well. Honestly, we couldn’t be happier! Thank you A Wilson Estates.Emma & Faye Meredith-Shone

GoogleSold my property through A Wilson Estates. We were on the market for less than a week before it sold. Outstanding service from start to finish. The sales team worked relentlessly to push our sale through. We were in a chain of 5 and with them being super proactive throughout the whole process we managed to complete in 12 weeks. They went beyond and above and also were always at the other end of the phone. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family.
