GoogleHad a very bad experience with this company. I saw a 1bedroom flat apartment for rent in Droylsden M43 6FQ, contacted them via right move app and they arranged for me to have a view of the property on 15th December 2020 that is Tuesday at 10:00 am, then called me in the morning(Tuesday) of the alleged viewing and told me the Appiontment have been cancelled for no meaningful reason. Now the house is not on Right move anymore. I think they’ve given it out to someone else without even giving me the opportunity to have view whether I like it or not. GoogleI began purchasing a house through A Wilson last year. There have been a number of hurdles due to the current climate, namely searches taking so long. Everyone whom I have spoken to at A Wilson have been friendly, helpful and polite whilst remaining a level of professionalism that puts them ahead of their competitors, whom I am selling my property through. Lucy in particular is efficient, chatty and keeps in regular contact. She doesn’t put me under pressure when she calls for an update and she has always helped me with enquires or routes to take, even with the sale of my property. Purchasing a property through A Wilson has shown me that it’s better to go through an independent estate agent, where the staff seem to be invested in helping all parties and keeping people happy. She has keep us up to date with the progress with our sale, plus the chain, all the way throughout. GoogleI sold my house with A.Wilson and can thoroughly recommend their service. From having the valuation with Caroline, who was so positive about the property, which straight away you could tell wasn’t just put on to get the business it was genuine, to dealing with the office with phone calls and emails, it was professional and courteous. I dealt mainly with Lucy and occasionally with Chelsea and can’t fault them, Lucy especially as she kept me up to date with any news or issues that might crop up. I had four valuations and to be honest before the first one I had a favourite in mind. From the second Caroline walked through the door I knew I’d make the right choice. It was a lengthy process and they stayed in touch to ensure everything ran smoothly without going over the top and pestering. GoogleAbsolutely awesome estate agents, I highly recommend them! I purchased my first home through A Wilson and honestly, what a lovely bunch of people!! So nice and courteous, kept me informed each step of the way and were just so helpful, giving me recommendations and helping me know what the process was like. When I was viewing houses and bidding on others I dealt with a few estate agents and the difference in manner and politeness is night and day. A Wilson really cares and if I ever need an estate agents in the future I would definitely be using them. I just want to thank them for being lovely!! 🙏

GoogleI have used A Wilson for the past 3 years to deal with the renting of a property i own. Adele and her whole team constantly have there eye on the ball. They keep me informed with all aspects of the let and they always carry out 3 to 4 inspections on the property per year can not fault the level of friendlyness and profesionalisom. Would deffinatly recomend A Wilson if you are looking to buy a new home or rent.

I came to them after being badly let down by another Estate Agents and was impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and a feeling of being looked after by all the staff. I had a rocky ride with selling and felt I had the advice and support of all members of staff.
