Hi Prasanth. Sorry to see you have left us a one star review. As you were unhappy with the fact that the grass at your garden was not freshly mowed when you moved in we assume it is due to this. As we explained to you to at the time, the winter months are often wet and as such it is not always possible to cut grass in these conditions. In the opinion of the inventory clerk the garden was in "seasonal order" at the time you moved in and with your permission we would be delighted to publish photos of the garden from the check in report. We hope that despite this you were still happy with the fact that the property was professionally cleaned for you and that Ishwar even drove down to show you where the garage was located.
