We sold our house really quickly last May with Buttersjb. We had Emma Spanton there for us the whole way through to Completion, Emma was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble even though i kept ringing and emailing her for updates. GoogleAs a landlord working with a letting agent (BJB), communication is key to ensuring that all parties remain involved, are aware of any concerns, and on ocassions the letting agent having to discuss difficult issues with the tenant. This company needs to 'up' its communications. I emailed the Hanley (Staffordshire) branch, no reply. So I rang a number I found after an online search for the Hanley office and got their head office (I think) in Colchester! The dialling code was correct for the Hanley area, so this is highly deceiving. I wanted to speak to Hanley. How can anyone in Colchester know about what's going on in Hanley? The person who took my call was pleasant and said she would contact Hanley and that I should also email again too so that they could connect the two messages. The two stars are for the fact that I did actually get to speak to someone albeit the wrong person. I did email again and got no reply. Get your communications sorted BJB, you aren't making a good impression.

GoogleOutrageous, the bunch of them, I have made so many phone calls, in regards to an update of an offer, I was thrown from pillar to post and then to find out another offer has been accepted and when I did give them a better odder they did not pass it to the vendor, really disappointed in them. This has now happened to me twice, this is beyond a joke, I felt like if they don't like you they will not take you seriously and pass your offer to the vendor. Its disgusting and appalling level of service, so watch out when you next make an offer, if they like you then your ok and if they don't like you, they will fob you off
