Was with BJB for a long time whilst they managed a property for me. Then ground theyvgot me the worst possible tenant who caused so much damage and damp notbopeening windows etc. Asked them to serve a sec 21 notice which they did but dint follow it up despite the fact they got me legal insurance cover. They kept on taking the tenants' word that they would move out which they didn't. Had to start all over again and this time tenants moved out and BJB were instructed to apply to keep the deposit. Once again they failed to act and the deposit was returned to the tenant. They then charged me for the final examination of the property. Cost me over £7k to repair the property. I went to sell the property and they were the most expensive to sell through so went to another agent. Never again will I use them or recommend them.

GoogleI have dealt with multiple lettings Agents in the past and I have to say, Butters John Bee has been the above the rest in my experience. My person of contact has been Olivia Plant and the service has been amazing. The turn around on any enquiries over email is very quick and she has always been reachable by phone when we have had any questions or needed help with the application process. If you are looking to rent, I strongly recommend you go through them.

I am writing say how much I appreciate the service received from Michael ferris lettings manager in congleton. As a landlord it is good to know Michael has a very proactive approach to finding a new tenant and this means I have not had any voids. GoogleAs a landlord I couldn't rank this estate agent any lower and suggest you look elsewhere if you are looking for an agent, or to rent - they are very difficult to get in touch with, so if you have an issue or emergency and rent with them it could prove very difficult. They are keen to take money but their service leaves alot to be desired. I have recently really struggled over wrongfully taken fees that they haven't returned despite being given every opportunity to sort things - they agree I am due a refund but 'fob' me off everytime I call and suggest they need director sign off for £41.11. They have been very happy to take money that I have paid in commission to them over the years, including during lock down when they weren't doing anything at all for full management fees. I was very happy with them until Rebekka and several members of her team left (says it all really!). Molly Farrelly has rarely, if ever, returned my calls and regularly makes excuses not to speak - her manager Steve is also aware of the issue but seems ineffective in controlling the situation. Come on Butters, this is shockingly unprofessional - you have agreed I am due a refund (months ago!), yet refuse to pay it over and think I will go away. Shame on you!
