Excellent service

Bjb helped me move into my first property. I had excellent service from Lucy Strassmann. I received quick reply’s and phone calls to make sure any questions I had got answered with as much detail as possible. Lucy was very kind and friendly and she made a very exciting and nervous experience very enjoyable. Would recommend using bjb again and especially Lucy.

Stacey came and did a flat visit to do a report on are flat for are landlord to make sure we keep it in good condition. We found her to be polite and professional and easy to get on with. She asked if we had any problems which we replied just the window cleaning and the toilet. Very friendly alot better than than are last staff member who looked after are needs for reporting problems.

had dealings with bjb's, renting property with them,all i have to say about my dealings with Hanley branch is,dire avoid at all costs,the manager from crewe branch dealt with me because Hanley office treated me as though i had the plague,gutless people everyone of them apart from Claire Jinks(thank you claire for being real)this girl gets 10/10 from me because of the way she dealt with me,so please take my advice steer clear from everyone apart from Claire Jinks,the manager from crewe also gets 10/10 for treating my situation with Hanley brach,by the way i lived in HANLEY,was dealt with by crewe manager???? summa wrong here or wot!!!!!!! keep up the good work Claire
