GoogleIf you want to be accused of doing things to a house during your tenancy so they have an excuse to con extra money from you then this is the agency for you. If you want to be patronised in emails continuously, this is the agency for you. If you want everything everything say to be ignored, this is definitely the agency for you. Thank you for your comments. I understand from our rentals team that we are dealing with a deposit dispute on your behalf with TDS Custodial. Our role as an agent in this respect is to liaise impartially between you and landlord to get the deposit returned to you as swiftly as possible where appropriate by using evidence from both sides and acting as a mediator between you and the landlord following TDS guidelines. From our records I can see the team are currently in contact with you and the landlord via email in this respect. Please be reassured if you and the landlord cannot reach an agreement you have the right to seek free adjudication via TDS custodial. Again our role is merely to act as a fair mediator to you and the landlord in this process.

GoogleDourish and Day have been wonderful throughout the journey of selling my late parents' house. I was very reassured by their level of care and communication and honesty at every step. I live some distance away and have a young family, and they made what could have been a really difficult task, very smooth. I am so glad that I chose them and I am delighted that a lovely family will be bringing new joy to my childhood home.

GoogleNot a great service. We purchased through Dourish and Day and we found the lack of knowledge about properties that they were marketing to be lacking. When we asked questions we were often met with "I think so" or similar. Despite this, we decided to purchase, but had to make 5 calls over the course of a number of days in order to make an offer, as we were told that only one person could deal with this, and she never called us back. Throughout the buying process, the service wasn't great, and updates were not always regular nor accurate. We have bought and sold with a number of local agents and bar just one other, this was the poorest service.

The staff have been very friendly, helpful with good communications which is VERY important when negotiating large sums of money. GoogleFor anyone looking to sell their home in Stafford and the surrounding areas, I cannot recommend Dourish and Day enough. Both Steve and Jeremy (who are both lovely!) strive to provide faultless service and have struck a perfect balance of professionalism with a friendly, caring, personal touch. They work incredibly hard and keep in touch regularly with updates. Our home was sold within two weeks (and yet had previously been for sale with another local agent for nearly 4 months with no interest or engagement) and at all times we've been really happy with their enthusiasm and proactive approach. It's absolutely no surprise to us that they are growing so rapidly with the level of service they provide, and we would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you both!

GoogleAmazing service from the rental team. Very quick turn around from going to see a property and being able to move in within a week. Our agent was called Ellie and she was very informative, professional and helpful. She made sure we were happy with our new home and endeavoured to do everything she could to ensure we had the best customer service. I've never known a estate agents where the staff are so welcoming until we were with Dourish and Day.
