What an estate agent! We have recently used the Penkridge branch for selling and purchasing a house and they have helped every step of the way. A large chain with lots of ups and downs but they were at the end of the phone at each step. On the high days and the low days Nicola and Clare made the journey with us to the end where we collected the keys. We would use again in a shot but we won't be moving for a very long time You both deserve the celebratory drink The kettle will be on when the work is complete

I can't recommend Dourish and Day enough! I was with a previous agent for months and they had not marketed my house properly and I had no interest . Dourish and day put my house on the market and sold it within 5 days for the Price we wanted! Can't recommend Steve and Jeremy enough they are extremely professional and I love their personal touch! . You can really see the wealth of knowledge between Steve, Jeremy and their colleagues. Dourish and Day has resorted my confidence in estate agencies, moving house is stressful enough but they take the stress away for you. Don't stop what your doing as your amazing and like no other agent. Thank you

1st time I've used Dourish and Day as a Tenant finder, Ellie made the process so easy and was very clear in how they market the property. A tenant was found and vetted in a short time period so the property did not stay vacant for very long at all. We recently bought and sold a house through Dourish and Day and were very impressed with every aspect of the process. They provided an excellent customer care service and were very responsive to any query. Every member of the team we dealt with was very friendly, professional and supportive throughout the whole process, and we always felt they were just a phone call or email away, always knowing that a prompt response could be guaranteed. A particular shout out should go to Nicola Hart in Sales Progression for her never ending encouragement and updates - her calm and diligent approach made some very stressful days much easier to bear. It is clear we are not alone in our positive view as their ‘for sale’ boards seem to dominate the Stafford landscape and most of the time the ‘we have sold it’ goes on very quickly.
