I just wanted to thank the team all for all their hard work and dedication. Our story began with Jez who came out to value our own property - a very quick and simple process was followed and our house was up for sale immediately. Steve S came and took photos and videos of our home- they were of excellent and high quality. Anna took care of our marketing online and was quick to many any small amendment. The brochure and online marketing was slick and drew people in- our home sold in 4 days. Sarah was our designated lead on sales progression. She is a legend and like a dog with a bone- without her diligence, I do not believe I would be sat in my beautiful, new home today- thank you so, so much for keeping things moving in the right direction. You looked after us beautifully and I cannot possibly thank you enough. 🙏🏽 What I loved best about Dourish and Day was that if your designated lead was on holiday, their desk was still worked. Nicola stepped in whenever needed, to pick up that gauntlet, you made this process absolutely seamless. 😎 Claire was also amazing - thank you so much for gluing my head back on when I really needed it. 🙏🏽 You guys work incredibly hard, and in my opinion went above and beyond at all times, but you make it look effortless. I spoke to several other members of staff and all were extremely helpful and supportive. I would happily recommend Dourish and Day to anyone- and if I was to ever move again (I’m not!!) I would only use Dourish. Jez and Steve have the dream team, I can see why you guys have all won so many awards, because from start to finish, I could not fault you on one thing. Ive just completed the sale of my house, and have been very impressed with the service received. The sales particulars were amazing (including video's and floor plans!!) meaning i received three offers from the first four viewings, in the first week of active marketing - this resulted in a final accepted offer in excess of asking price! The one surprising, but delighting service they include is having a sales progression team who then take over up to the completion. Nicola was amazing at keep the chain in place (especially with solicitors being even more unhelpful during the pandemic) and completion day went without a hitch. We have had an excellent experience with Dourish and Day and would highly recommend them. The situation wasn't ideal as we were selling my Mum's bungalow following probate and neither my brother nor myself lives nearby. Regardless of this, from the first moment Steve came to value the bungalow, we have both felt very confident in the service they've given us. James and Nicola who have looked after the sale once we'd decided to use them have been fantastic. We have been kept fully apprised of the situation and their communication has been professional, friendly and clear. We used Dourish & Day for our recent house move. We found everyone we dealt with to be extremely professional, efficient and reliable. During the early stages we dealt with Georgia who was an excel point of contact for helping us find the house we love, negotiating a good deal on the purchase and securing us full asking price on our sale.
