GoogleI have recently bought a house through Connells Stafford office. I rate them one star as they lied to me both verbally and in emails over a period of many weeks that there was no chain (of which I was the first cashbuyer.) So, based on my experience I'd suggest that if you are buying through Connells you take everything they tell you both verbal and written with a shovelful of salt.

Sian has made organising my mortgage offer an absolute breeze and continues to be super helpful with any questions I have during the buying process. Jess and Ryan have also helped massively along my journey by showing me plenty of properties that fit my budget and requirements in my first home. Can't recommend their services enough!

GoogleAfter the bombshell was dropped that my lease wasn’t being renewed, the last people I expected help from was the firm who managed the flat for the landlord. Help came in the shape of two fantastic ladies, Chris & Glynis, who guided me through an application for a housing association, if I’d been left to do it I’d still be pounding away at the keyboard, why these forms have to be so complex heaven knows. With their help and encouragement I have several “irons in the fire” and feel happier about the situation. The staff at Connell in Stafford are truly brilliant and deserve more than a 5* review, I hope the top management appreciate the great folk they have working for them. Thanks again Chris & Glynis I’m in your debt.

GoogleIt has been my first time going for Connells to find a place for me and my wife. I had dealt with a few other agencies before i met Anish and Devlin from Connells. The way they dealt with me personally was quite refreshing. Though there were few options in the market for properties to rent but the duo managed to find a nice home for us. The whole thing was made very smooth by Anish who was very prompt in responding to all of our questions and making the journey easy on every step.

GoogleI rarely do reviews. But we had an excellent service from our mortgage consultant that I had to make one. She is from the Stafford branch and her name is Candice Sunderland. She has been instrumental in making our dream come true of owning our own home. Her non judgemental and professional approach is beyond commendable. She is very approachable and kind and she knows her craft well. She was so determined in helping us acquire the best deal for a mortgage. Communication was fluent - she even replies on weekends and during her holiday. Candice, you were a God send. We couldn’t thank you enough. We made the right choice to choose Connells to help us get the keys to our new home. Highly recommended!

GoogleWe have let out property, rented property and had property up for sale with Connells Stafford, so I think it's safe to say we've tried all of their services. The customer service is excellent, Ed in particular always comes back to you when he says he will. The cost to let our property was very reasonable and everything was very straight forward. More recently, we've arranged to rent a property while our house is undergoing some insurance works. It's been an incredibly stressful time but Connells have made life much easier than it might otherwise have been. Thoroughly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
