GoogleWhere do I start, Ed went above and beyond to make our experience as easy going as possible. To last minute requests to view a property on the day he managed to fit us in his busy schedule and didn't once make us feel that we had put him out. His extremely professional but friendly approach is exactly what you want when looking for a new home and Ed found us the perfect one! Thank you for all your help! We will certainly be recommending Connells.

YellI would never use Connells.....
I asked for some information on an apartment that Connells were selling, that I was interested in. I was promised that someone would get back to me but they didn’t bother. When I phoned again 36 hours later to ask if they had got the information, they said they hadn’t got it yet as they had to speak to their manager. I only asked what number the apartment was and what the ground rent and service charge were. On two occasions I phoned the head office to request the same information. Twice, they haven’t got back to me. Do Connells want to sell the properties on their books as I’m a cash buyer? I certainly won’t be using them to sell properties for me!!!

I have recently let a property and Reiss hall William has provided me with an exceptional level of service and a great ambassador of the company ethos and values. GoogleIf your looking for a professional service then look now further than Connells in Stafford. From the beginning to the end, the service provided is definitely 5*. Friendly staff are always on hand when required. A special thanks goes out to Cassie who regularly kept me updated with feed back following viewings. Having experienced their professionalism and high standards shown in finding the right buyer for my property, I will be using the Connells brands and services in the future. I would definitely recommend Connells in Stafford.

GoogleMy entire experience with Connells has been first class. Cassie and the other staff I have dealt with must be commended on their professionalism and fantastic customer service skills. In what can be a daunting experience, my house searching was made extremely stress free....largely due to the fact that the staff were so helpful, accomodating, kept me in the loop, and just downright lovely! Special thanks also to Rosie, the lovely Mortgage Advisor, she explained everything to me thoroughly and explored all options to me and helped me make an informed decision regarding my mortgage. Will most definately recommend Connells to all my friends looking at settling in this area. Well done team!

GoogleA nightmare to get any sense out of. Been trying to arrange a viewing of a house but keep getting told they will be in touch, but have yet to come back to us a week later. My partner has also tried ringing and has been told the same thing but is also yet to have a call back.

GoogleConnells quickly put the house on the rental market. They secured a viewing almost the next day and the same tenant signed a one-year tenancy agreement much to my appreciation. Connells were available to speak to at all times and their extended opening hours were useful to me as I work full time as well as being a landlord.

GoogleIve had a lot of dealings with Estate Agents over the years, and most of them mediocre to appalling. This time around dealing with Reiss from Connells was a smooth and pleasant affair. A very well presented man, knowledgable and made the whole process seamless and easy. Connells have ticked all the boxes of excellent. They will be the first point of call in the future and recommend. An all round thumbs up

GoogleVery good service, in fact they were happy to help by doing things that really weren't part of the package. Their price was very competitive and provided a better service than others at that same competitive price. I really appreciated the "above and beyond" and felt safe using them. I'll happily be using them again, especially after being disappointed with another ( very close) agent. All the members of the team felt professional. Thankyou
