GoogleDue to very poor service at several other agents I phoned Connels not hoping for much at all but after speaking with Reiss I was quite positive he could help us. He was more than willing to put himself out for us and on a very busy weekend. Fortunately we didn't require to rent a property in the end but appreciated that Reiss understood our situation.

GoogleThanks to all at Connells Safford the whole selling experience was excellent and almost effortless on my part. My property was empty at the time of the sale and all the viewings were handled by the staff , which resulted in my sale being completed in 6 weeks. GoogleFirst time buyer. Went into Stafford office. Had my Was told there was nothing in my price range. Even though there was a property listed. My details were taken. Have literally heard nothing. I had a totally different experience with Dourish and JBJ. Really quite disappointed.

GoogleExcellent and efficient process all the way through, despite the difficult circumstances around the country at the moment! Particular thanks go to Meg, Ed and Jess who all helped out with the move, nothing was too much trouble and even after the move, this level of service has continued. Would recommend (this experience is with Connells Stafford).

GoogleWhat business “opens” at 8.30am but has meetings for first hour... ie no one actually answers the phone...? So you actually open at 9.30am!
