GoogleI went to see Sian to help us with the process on buying our first home. With the current climate it’s proven to be very difficult, on my first meeting she found a house I hadn’t spotted and went to view that day, we put an offer in the following day and was accepted. We were getting a bit emotionally exhausted with the process up till this point, she’s been there to answer any questions we have and so far has been excellent and human! We’re looking forward to finally having the keys to our home and settling in (she’s also invited for a tinny on the day we get keys, to celebrate as she’s been fab!) Not to mention Ryan has also been very helpful with our enquiries along the way! Thanks so much Sian, Ryan and the Connell’s team ❤️

GoogleWe had the perfect experience with Connells. We had Sian in particulary & she held our hand throughout this new experience for us, gave us all the options, all the information & was straight & honest with us. We really couldnt have asked for more from her! The team around her, Ryan in particular, theyre thorough, cant do enough for you & seem to have great communication around the office to support one another when somebody may be off on annual leave. It was excellent that we could just call up or walk in, unannounced at times to ask a question oer get some support. If we move again, this is where we will go, theyve made our first time buyers experience so much easier than it couldve been.

Especially the second-to-none help we have received from Roberta the mortgage advisor. She has told us what will happen every step of the way and has always been on hand whenever we have had a question or we’ve needed help with anything and we could recommend her enough as she is very friendly, helpful and gives you all the information you could possibly need to make the correct decision that best suits you.

GoogleWe recently moved into one of the properties managed by Connells Stafford. I would like to say a massive thank you to Hannah Haynes for her support and help. She's been nothing but amazing throughout the whole moving process. At one point I got very stressed as there was a chance that our move in date could get pushed back (and it was not Connells fault, it was out of their control), Hannah still went above and beyond to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. GoogleIf I could give more stars, I would. Connells letting team was not well known to me, however I would recommend them time and time again now. This team has been the first agency in months to treat me like a real person rather than another number. Moving home is an important decision and a stressful process- they have made it such an easygoing and pleasant experience and always keen to help and support requests. I cannot express how lovely it has been to communicate with them. As a single parent, this is often all agencies seem to focus on… and I have unfortunately been met with a surprising amount of disrespectful comments, behaviours and direct discrimination from other professional agents in the rental market during my search. Connells, for a start, did not immediately ask my martial status when calling to book a viewing, they instead told me about the property and discussed my needs and contact information afterwards. Which was refreshing. I was met with a courteous professional team who made me feel welcome and valued as a potential tenant from the get go. I never felt looked down in at any point. When viewing the property, Jennifer was so welcoming and happy to answer any questions I had. She truly listened to me when talking through my needs and throughout the application process has always been a delight to communicate with. Even arranged for a more convenient place for me to drop documents to, knowing my circumstances, before I even had to ask. She has responded promptly at all times and I have always felt well informed. I’m thankful to have found a letting agency that hasn’t lost its personal approach. If I am ever looking for a home again or buying/selling in the future, I will be heading straight to this team for their help. GoogleI was blown away by how amazing Connells were with me moving in, especially after having a not so great experience with a previous estate agents. They made it as smooth as possible and Hannah was especially helpful, always updating me and going above and beyond to accommodate my needs and wishes. I moved half way across the country and she stayed late on a Friday (amongst other things) to make sure I could still collect the keys to my new home due to being stuck in traffic and put me at ease throughout the whole process; Cannot recommend Hannah and Connells enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleA few weeks ago I got the train from London to view one of Connells properties in Staffordshire, and today I was blessed to wake up here in Stafford. I can definitely say that working with Jessica made the experience of sourcing the new location an absolute breeze. Everything was handled in a super professional manner. I had a thousand questions, and Jessica was kind, patient, and understanding, knowing that selecting a property and navigating the required documentation could be stressful for Me. The Online Portal that was provided to upload the documents was also super easy to use. One minute I’m viewing the property and the next thing you know, I’ve got the keys. Yahoo!!! A special thanks to all of the Connells Team (Jess, and Ed in particular), for helping Me get this location and assisting Me in starting My new Journey here in Stafford. Its been a great welcome!!!
