We have used Peter Lane Estate agents based at St Neots to sell our property. We found them to be professional and have a good understanding of the property market and also our requirements for the sale. Caroline the senior sales person priced our property at a correct market value which was the same as what we expected and worked really hard to sell the property. We achieved £125000 above what another local agent would market it for and at a better rate of sale commission. We would not hesitate in recommending them to other people wishing to sell their property.

Gavin and the team at PL St Neots did a brilliant job in very quickly selling our home and also with negotiating the purchase of our dream home in another village being sold by another agent. PL are very good with marketing/photos/brochures and overall management of viewings to point of agreed sale and they are on it until you complete ensuring there are no unnecessary delays within chain and solicitors. Made what can be stressful much easier.

Estate agents often have a bad reputation but our purchase through Peter Lane (in particular the wonderful Cath) could not have gone much smoother. After missing out on one property (we snoozed and lost!), Cath had an idea of exactly what we were looking for and found it soon after for us, and in fact it worked out for the best as the new house is in the most perfect location. She kept in regular contact throughout the whole purchase so we were fully informed at all times. Thanks Cath!
