It's 7 years since we bought from this shambolic business. In Standish on the Fairway estate, two main spine roads remain unsurfaced. As a consequence the council refuses to adopt, resulting in the whole estate being overgrown by weeds and looking disgraceful.

I bought a Shelbourne Estates property at Hunsbury Grange in April 2021 ( reservation in December 2020 ). The Customer service has been excellent through all the process with Lynn and Jessica ( reservation - choosing options - assisting with the move - completion). I would like to highlight that the customer care service has also been excellent in rectifying and fixing a few issues you would expect with a new property. I would recommend Shelbourne Estates If you look for a high quality team to purchase a property. They really care of you after you have moved in which is kind of piece of mind if any issue arise. Highly recommend Shelbourne Estate !

I just wanted to say thank you to Julie in the sales office, she has gone above and beyond to help us and it really is appreciated. The minimal snags are getting done but as soon as the site team are slow to respond she is quick to chase them for us and has helped us along the way.The houses are still being built on our street and builders are still passing the house, they have all been friendly and the digger drivers wave at my little girl when they drive past, she loves it.

I moved into my first home earlier this summer, I have to say from the moment I first stepped into the sales office until the day I got my keys the customer service from Aimee and Jeannette has been fantastic. As a first time buyer, naturally I was apprehensive about the process however with their professionalism and accommodating approach I knew I was in good hands. Thank you ladies for everything you have done.A big shout out to Will as well, he has been really good responding to any snag issues I have raised and has even done some of the repairs himself.

We moved into our new Morris Home on Arkall Farm 2 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier.Our first experience back in May was to meet Tracy at the site office, she was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and we reserved our new home at that first meeting. Tracy went on to help us through out our experience right up until we moved in, thank you Tracy and to Faye as well who also was a great help.On the very first day we moved in we were greeted by Tracy, Richard & John (site managers) to explain everything about the house, central heating, alarms etc.Richard & John explained that if we found any issues in the property they would come back in a week to sort it.We were very happy with everything which was done to a high standard,there were a few snagging problems i.e a couple of little paint marks, bi fold door sticking that kind of thing,which are all being sorted as promised, thank you Richard & John.We highly recommend Morris Homes nothing has been too much trouble which is what you need as moving is stressful enough!

We visited the new Coventry Site today Station Grange. Immediately you were greeted by the staff and made to feel welcome. All the options were explained thoroughly and in detail. Although the show house wasn’t ready we got a good feeling and understanding of the properties we were interested in. Hopefully this will prepare us for the journey ahead with Morrison Homes and the perfect hosts Jessica and Pauline.

Do not buy a morris home. Initially the house was fine but then Morris refused to finish the roads. There is no explanation as to why and no sign of any progress when myself or anyone on our estate contact Morris.Do not be fooled by the glossy brochures. They do not finish their job.

I recently purchased a new build property for the first time and Morris/Shelbourne have exceeded my expectations. The sales team genuinely care! Jess and Lynne went above and beyond throughout the process, they have been and continue to be amazing! The site team have also been great, they’ve been quick and efficient at resolving any issues that I’ve had, and have been super helpful. For anyone looking to buy a new build, I would highly recommend Morris/Shelbourne!!

We are 1st time buyers & still in the process of buying. Jess is the only person who treated us with respect as a normal human being. Every other sales/mortgage advisor judged us based on how much money we have as a deposit amount and treated us poorly saying that "our houses are very expensive you know...". Other developers have bad ethics/marketing and future if continue to treat people like they treated us. Jess from Shelbourne estate was the only one who was adequate and sane in this respect. So I do appreciate what she's done already. And would recommend to buy with them.

Before we were shown around a property that I wanted to see, we were given a very in-depth talk about how the site worked the heating of the houses, etc by Geeta. She was so helpful and patient. Although the house was not quite big enough for me I was impressed with the build and layout. Many thanks Geeta.

Buying my first house couldn’t of been easier with the team at Houlton. Ali help me with every step and answered all my silly questions, no questions is to silly for the Morris team. Once I moved in I could remember how to set the heating and the site manager Jon came the next day to show me how to use it again. Ali is still there for any questions 6 months on. The team have helped make buying a house for the first time easy.

Buying a first home can be daunting however, with Morris Homes - St Mary's Park, and the sales team i.e. Carol, Shaun & Jo it was a breath of fresh air (thank you so much Carol, Shaun and Jo!). Carol, Shaun & Jo possess exemplar persona, value granular details, bring a wealth of knowledge, are extremely flexible, and above all made us felt welcomed. My subconscious mind nudged me that the journey could be stressful, complicated and packed with unexpected shocks. Being said, with Carol at el I never experienced the untoward jolts through the process. We've now moved into our fantastic home and have got amazing neighbours! The entire customer journey has been exceptional!

We absolutely love our home.We are on the Wintringham estate and from the first contact we had with Liam at the Sales office he has always gone above and beyond for us.We have had many ups and downs when buying our house as we bought through the pandemic and nearly missed out with the help to buy deadline and stamp duty.We have laughed and cried though out the process and Liam has been there every step of the way to make sure it happened for us.We literally cannot thank him enough.He really is a credit to Morris homes and I hope they read all the amazing reviews and reward him as a employee he is a credit to Morris Homes.Since moving in the site manager Nick has also been amazing and every snag reported he was straight on it and made sure we felt at home. I feel he goes above and beyond.We have also had great experiences with Ann -Marie from customer care.She is always contactable and they will make sure any issues are rectified.You get 2 years with Morris homes and this is very much appreciated.I will always recommend Morris homes and I have been rewarded for doing so. We only had great experience with Morris Homes. From the first time we walked into the office and was greated by lovely Angela who always was so helpful, polite, welcoming. Both Liam and Angela always were there throughout our journey to support and adviseThere was issues with solicitors from our side by OMG superhero Liam have been fighting for us making it happen by involving Morris Homes SMT and their solicitors. Liam had put us on the first plan and told us that he will make sure he get to the bottom of it to make us happy and he did. What a massive asset Liam is to the Company. I also cannot missout Site Manager and his team by building our dream house. House turned out to be better than we were expecting. As you realised our special mention goes to Liam and Angela at Wintringham Park.

We recently purchased our house through Shelbourne Estates ( Part of Morris Homes) at their development in Hunsbury Grange, Northampton. Our experience from start to finish has been exceptional. Jess and Lynne have been excellent from reservation through to when we moved in and beyond. They are very friendly, informative and extremely supportive throughout the process to ensure everything went smoothly. We never felt pressurised which some experience with other developers. We had minor snags list which was looked at promptly and very professionally. The site manager Scott and his team has also been extremely supportive and continues to do so even we’ll after we’ve moved in. The site is also very well looked after and very tidy. We are also super impressed with the customer care team, who are responsive and make sure everything is addressed promptly. We genuinely feel like Shelbourne Estate truly care about their customers and quality of their work. This has been a wonderful surprise given our past experiences with a different “5 star” builder, which was far from satisfactory. We would not hesitate to recommend Shelbourne Estate to anyone.

I purchased a property at Hunsbury Grange with Shellbourne Estates just over a year ago. The whole experience from my first appointment to date has surpassed my expectations. Lynne and Jess were fantastic, they made the process from reserving my plot to exchanging easy and fairly stress free. Whilst it’s not my first time buying a house, it is the first time buying a new build and so there was a lot I wasn’t familiar with. They always answered any question no matter how stupid promptly and gave me regular updates on the progress of my house through the main stages. I was delighted with my house on moving in and Scott and the team made sure any snagging items were dealt with quickly and to a high standard. Since then I’ve had some small issues but again the customer care team have been great and very attentive to make sure all issues are dealt with as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend Shellbourne Estates!

We've had excellent experience with Morris Homes at Upholland Gardens whilst buying our first home. Thank you Pam for your kindness, great help, highly professional advice and relaxed attitude. From the minute we stepped foot in the showroom to the day of completion Pam was there every step of the way to guide us through the process, update us accordingly and to answer any questions no matter how small.A big thank you also goes to Anthony the site manager. Since day one he has been nothing but helpful - providing first class customer service. All minor snags where completed in a timely fashion and he went above and beyond to make sure we where happy/ settled into our new home even once these snags where complete.
