Popped in to Hunsbury Grange at Shelbourne Estayes to view a potential future property and I was highly impressed by the quality and the spec’s of the properties. And what stood out even more was the lovely Jess who went over and beyond to show me around the houses and explained everything thoroughly. Jess made me feel really confident in purchasing a house at Hunsbury Grange and I highly recommend going to see her!

We couldn’t fault anything …. From all the problems what goes with selling & buying Tracey at Arkall Farm was with us every step of the way .. she is a hard worker takes pride in her job role Morris homes are very lucky to have her on board to sell these beautiful homes , as for Morris Homes they are well designed homes with clever ideas to utilise space … we love our home and it doesn’t stop there , their after sales service is excellent and still looking after us , nothing too much trouble very approachable well done Morris Homes you should be proud 🏡 I recommend to everyone .

Currently building in Formby, Merseyside. No consideratoon for other road users. Blocked the road fully for unloading of materials. No way for traffic to pass and contractors looked at my vehicle, made no attempt to move or indicate how long they would be. I and other road users were forced to turn around in the road and find an alternative route delaying my journey which was related to attending a funeral. There was no warning of a road closure. Raised this with them and asked for evidence they were permitted to do this and have been ignored. Disingenuous signage claiming to be a responsible builder.

Aimee at ‘The Beacons’ in Houlton, Rugby has been absolutely fantastic with us. We originally came to the development to see what is available (with no intent of purchasing this year) and with Aimee’s support, we’ve started the process of a reservation for our dream house! She’s been so friendly and helpful and has really taken the time to get to know us as a couple to decipher our preferences to ensure we have the right house for us. Aimee has always been on the end of the phone when we have needed her to answer some of our queries and has been so accommodating in finding the time to speak to us personally.

Lee (head of site engineer). Their expertise and attention to detail have been instrumental in making the Morris home a place of exceptional quality and functionality. Their commitment to excellence in every aspect of construction is evident in the outstanding results.On the flip side, the sales manager, Tricia, appears to be a misfit on the team. Her approach and attitude do not align with the outstanding service and professionalism displayed by Aimee, Jeanette, Williams and Lee.Lee attention to details after moved in is outstanding and incomparable. Hannah was absolutely super and showed genuine interest in securing the best possible property for myself and my husband. Although we decided not to purchase we both appreciate Hannah’s empathy which was so supportive. We had a great time being shown around the Norfolk by a lively and enthusiastic colleague who I am afraid I cannot remember her name though I would guess at something bringing with C. We did enjoy our afternoon in the very beautiful Morris Homes with them both.

We were a “walk-in” to a small estate nearly completely sold. Geeta was very welcoming and made time for us even though she had limited time due to another appointment. We made an appointment the next day to bring our son. We are early in the process but so far have found Morris Homes, a brand I had not heard of before, highly satisfactory.

We moved in our new home at Hunsbury Grange on 1st of December 2023.Sales advisors Jess and Lynne were very helpful,welcoming and professional.Jess and Lynne helped us a lot from start to finish ,to offer us advice and help chase things up.The homes are good quality and the customer service is excellent.Highly recommend Morris Homes to anyone looking for a new build!!!!

Myself, my husband, sister-in-law and our daughter decided to have a trip over to Lytham because we’ve wanted to live there for many years. We decided to take a look at a few new developments and Morris Homes in Kirkham was one of them. We were welcomed by the very lovely Anna who told us about the houses for sale and the local area. She was very helpful and informative and took the time to show us a couple of houses which were due to come on the market. We can’t say enough about how helpful Anna was. We’re actually thinking of buying one of the houses. We need to check the area out a little more, as we’d never been to Kirkham before and to also look at the finances. Thank you Anna for spending the time with us. We’ll be back over in the next couple of weeks. John & Amanda

We have brought a 4 bed property at Arkhall farm and Tracey has been amazing through the whole process and been professional. She has kept in contact through the whole process and treated us like family.We are enjoying the house and the environment anything we have noticed has been dealt with straight away and the builders are amazing and willing to help. Tracey still acknowledges us when she sees us out and about.

Appalling treatment of the residents of Lion Court in Birmingham. There are fire safety issues such as wooden balconies to be replaced but Morris Homes keep fobbing off the management company as to when they’re going to do it. We can’t get an EWS1 certificate until it’s been done. It’s difficult to get a mortgage & you can only sell to cash buyers. This has been going on for years. Disgraceful behaviour.

GoogleSoil for toilet keeps blocking, had professional engineers round saying Soil runs wrong way in places, Morris homes not interested, won't do anything about it. Turfs that have been laid are on minimal top Soil if any also been laid on top of debris, round the paths in front of the house the edging concrete is to high, therefore grass is not rooting properly and lots of brown patches. The paint on the door frames is to soft.

GoogleHorrible quality of the build. Guttering constantly leaking which damages the rendering, plasterboard damaged and uneven from day 1, top soil non existent, the garden is full of clay and rubbish mix. The roads are left without tarmac for years following the completion. Avoid Morris Homes and all cost, go with a different builder at Wintringham.

Always prompt to respond and gave us the time we needed on different occasions before we made our decision to purchase. Following our offer, she ensured the whole process was as straight forward as possible for us and was always available to answer any questions.From moving in, Paul has also been brilliant on site. He dealt with the initial snagging promptly and has always been responsive when we have needed him, even outside of working hours. Both have been a pleasure to deal with, are very personable, and are a real credit to Morris Homes / Shelbourne Estates.
