Not only was her knowledge on the houses amazing, her knowledge of the surrounding areas such as schooling was excellent. We are in the early stages of looking for our next home and after the experience we had from Jess we will be coming back to talk further.

Absolutely perfect experience We bought plot whilst we were still in Australia, and Claire took time out to meticulously go through the process and choices over video calls Upon return to UK same level of service , with such attention to detail , kindness and understanding.Handover was like clockwork and we were in property by 10am.Post move , site manager Paul has also been fantastic, immediately ironing out/organising snag repairs.Thank you Claire and Paul you are an asset to Shelbourne ( Morris Homes) Andy &Cath and Alfie (No 42)

People tend to believe that the process of buying a home can be like forever, but the team in Shelbourne Estate (Morris Home) exceeds my expectation. We recently bought a new build at Hunsbury Grange, developed by Shelbourne Estates, and I am thrilled to share our experience. From the reservation process to addressing the few snags our house had, the entire team at Shelbourne Estates has been exceptional.First, I would like to mention Lynne and Jess from the sales team, we interacted with throughout the process. They have been phenomenal in terms of providing us with all the necessary information and ensuring a smooth purchase experience. They were always available to address any concerns we had and were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful.The site managers, Scott, Matt, and Ian, were equally exceptional. They played a crucial role in ensuring that our house was built to a high standard and delivered on time. Throughout the construction phase, they were always available to answer any questions we had and were diligent in addressing any issues that arose. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality made us feel confident in the build process and our decision to buy a new home from Shelbourne Estates.After moving in, we did encounter a few minor snags, as one might expect with any new build. However, the team at Shelbourne Estates, particularly Scott, Matt, and Ian, were proactive in solving these issues in a timely and efficient manner. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and ensuring that our new home was perfect for us was truly commendable.In conclusion, our experience with Shelbourne Estates at Hunsbury Grange has been nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I met Tracey from Morris Homes at Arkall Farm I felt like I was her only priority - she gave me such a warm welcome and really knows how to make each potential purchaser feel like they matter. She has a natural ability to make people feel at ease and was extremely patient and kind providing detailed information and answering any questions I had without rushing me or pushing for the sale. She knows that making a house purchase is a big decision and it was important to her that I understood the ethos and values of Morris Homes - that their priority was to ensure we found a ‘home’ and not just a ‘house’. I went back the following day to reserve the property I had viewed and complete some paperwork and started the purchasing process the day after - I can’t wait to move into my new home! The whole experience was so different to others I’ve had where the sales advisors can often ignore or dismiss you - the ‘people’ really are the difference at Morris Homes. From our first visit to view the show homes at Hunsbury Grange through to moving in we have had the best service. Such a friendly team who have all made our move a lovely experience. Special thank you to Lynne, Jess and Scott. The standard of our house is above and beyond our expectations. It has a lovely finish and definitely to a higher standard than other new build properties we viewed. The site contractors have all been a pleasure to deal with. We love our new home and we would highly recommend a Shelbourne Estates Home.

Hannah at Prince’s Meadows Kirkham has been fantastic. We were unsure of what we wanted initially and she arranged for us to see show homes on other sites before deciding on which house we preferred. She has then taken time to show us around the site as well as advising us on options fo4 support selling our house and putting us in touch with a mortgage advisor. Nothing has been too much trouble. She is always very friendly and cheerful

the list of problems we have had at St Micheals park is to long to list customer care are very good there manager S Baker is super, there senior management are the worst ever they tell half truths dont answer calls when asked to return calls, The board of directors dont return calls and the directors in Bedford are the worst they offer one think one day then withdraw it without a reason DONT BUY MORRIS HOMES EVER

We visited Shellbourbe Estates at Hunsbury grange this morning, Lynne was so friendly and explained everything in detail about the buying new home, process, incentives etc. she also showed us few homes which are ready to move, we been there without prior appointment she considered our random walk-in and helped us to understand many details about the builder. Overall experience with Lynne was so good and knowledgeable.

We are very happy here, because we are pleased with the design, and benefits of our new house. The house is very stylish, comfortable and when our friends, and relatives come to visit us always they have said to us what a nice development. The houses are surrounded by nice trees, parks, and shrubs, with nice people always walking with dogs, and families. As I am a Gardner it was a great surprise to see how many gardens are all around the properties. The staff are always lovely, professional, and very helpful, we are grateful for their help and assistance at all times nothing is too much of a problem for them, my special thanks to Lynn, Jessica, Ian and Scott. It is so nice to live in a place where we feel safe with such good neighbours close by to us. David

We viewed both of the show homes and then Hannah took us around the site so we could get a feel for the development layout and view the various build types. She also arranged for us to view different show homes on other developments so that we could make informed decisions based on our budget. We recently bought a home on one of the Shelbourne developments. Claire, the sales manager gave us excellent customer care from the moment we made a house enquiry, right up until the day we moved in. The builders on-site and Paul, the Site Manager, have been excellent. They are always available and prompt to answer any questions we might have about our new build property. We would not hesitate to recommend Shelbourne and feel very lucky to live in our beautiful new home in an exquisite setting.Laura & Matt

We have been thinking of buying a new home and we have viewed several sites. We then visited Morris Homes at Princes Meadow, Hannah our advisor, was very welcoming, went above and beyond to help us and advise us about how to start the process, explained each step in detail and advised me of the best ways to proceed. I had a lot of questions but we was not rushed or dismissed at any point. Each of my questions was answered and explained. Hannah was very informative. It was a very pleasant experience and we hoping to set everything in place.

I have been shopping around a number of new homes sites over the past few weeks and met a number of sales advisors. Only one place has really stuck in my mind and that was St Michaels Park in Northampton. Jeanette and Aimee were so welcoming and gave me all the time I needed even though I wasn't ready to buy right there and then. Their knowledge of the area and the houses was second to none. When the time is right I will definitely be going back.
