Ella was really helpful in the early stages with advice and doing the photos; James and Rosie were quick to update us after doing viewings; and Gary really went above and beyond with taking the process forwards once we had a buyer - he unearthed a glitch in our onward chain, gave us regular updates and even drove to collect our contract documents when they had gone astray in the post. GoogleI had a really good experience with haart and particular thanks to Rosie for this. She showed me around 3 properties, gave me all the time I needed (even though I was late and it was the end of her working day) and was really well informed about the properties. I very much liked her style which seemed really genuine and interested. I found the way she followed up the viewings to be just right, when sometimes it can feel a bit pushy. Overall, it was one of best experiences I have had so far in dealing with an estate agent and I am very grateful to her and her team for this.

GoogleI found Haart to be more friendly than other estate agents around the cambridgeshire area and helped me complete on my first home. I liked that they were prompt with replies to emails. In particular Gary and Roise were great and I would recommend them in the future.
They did try to upsell me to go through them to claim my mortgage. Even when I had already stated I had a mortgage advisor and had already processed that.

GoogleWe hadn't had a great start with another local agent, however Haart turned that around for us.
After meeting Ella I knew I wanted her to market our property, she understood me and my needs. Gary was fantastic when he came over with our contract, I didn't feel just like another vendor and he reassured me that his team would do their absolute best for us.
Unfortunately however after one sale falling through, then not finding another buyer and losing the property we wanted, we decided to remove our property from the market.

GoogleWriting a favourable review about an Estate Agents just isn't done, is it? For the first time ever I am able to say I have the opportunity to sing the praises of an Estate Agency, Haart in St Neots were amazing!
The services of Gary surpassed our expectations; you always tentatively mention ( with your fingers crossed) that you wish to be kept informed and we actually were! Every time we needed updates, feedback etc Gary and his team were on the phone to us. Our chain had a "blip" and they were with us through the whole experience both reassuring and professional throughout. Gary kept in contact with all of the solicitors in the chain giving him knowledge of all developments and in turn kept us fully appraised. The amount of time given to us was huge and very much appreciated.
Alongside Gary is an excellent team, I need to especially mention James and Rosie too, very professional, courteous and friendly.
I thought I should mention that at the beginning of the process the appraisal of your home is quite unnerving. Many of us are amateur agents with access to online advertising and have "a clue" about the value of our homes ( and a hope of what it's worth too!). Other agents who visited were far less equipped to explain their valuations, in one case a preconceived perception clearly prevented them from considering anything else. Gary took time to fully explain how he had appraised the property, he went into more detail than the obligatory waving of house details that have recently sold close by. This gave me confidence to instruct his agency to market our property; he was spot on and we sold exceptionally quickly.
The excellent service we received alleviated the stress experienced when moving home and as I was dealing with two moves at this time, their actions went a very long way.
