GoogleRecently went through Haarts St Neots to purchase a property. I had been looking for about a year through different estate agents and Haarts have definitely been the most helpful. George was great at keeping me posted, especially as my ideal property appeared a lot faster than I imagined! He’s being really good at helping me with all the areas I am uncertain about as we move things forward. I would definitely recommend :)

GoogleThis is the third property we have sold with Gary. He and the rest of the team are very helpful and honest. We have been kept up to date with regular communication and they have gone beyond their duty helping us deal with a third party and collating the necessary paperwork. I really can’t recommend haarts highly enough and thank you again Gary and team for making the selling of our property go smoothly again.

GoogleThe team at Haart kept going after our first buyers pulled out. They all worked very hard, especially Gary, to push our sale through even though the climate was difficult due to covid 19. They kept us fully updated at every step and were always on hand to sort out any issues or concerns. Thank you to all at Haart, exceptional team!!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWhen Gary Latcham sold our previous property a few years ago he was so professional and supportive that we automatically went back to him to sell our current property. Once again, ably supported by Rosie and James he has excelled himself. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Gary and his team to any prospective vendor or purchaser. The service they have given us is excellent and second to none.

GoogleI had a viewing with Rushil at haart and he was on time to the viewing after we had found other estate agents to be late. He answered any questions I had as best as he could to his knowledge. Although we didn’t feel the house was right for us he was very understanding and was happy to help with our search and updated me of any properties that came to the market that was what we was looking for.

GoogleFirst rate estate agents. The Haart team went beyond what I was expecting during my house sale. Unfortunately I can't recommend move home legal (Haart's recommended solicitor). They were appalling and it was only thanks to Haart constantly getting involved and doing the job of the solicitor, that I managed to complete on the agreed date.
The Haart team in St Neots were fantastic.
