We have had our property on the market for over 2 years with various estate agents and in all that time only had 6 viewings we then had some work done on our heating system and the engineer recommended.Haart estate agents St Neots so I gave them a ring and arranged a meeting with Garry the manager he went through the selling process Haart use in great detail which gave us great confidence in what Haart could do for us . Well three weeks and 4 viewings later Haart have sold our property what a result, we were kept well informed of the feedback from the viewings in a totally professional and friendly way and would recommend Haart estate agents to anyone especially to Garry and his team to say we are pleased would be an understatement

GoogleWe have recently exchanged on a house we are purchasing through Haart. The whole team at Haart, but particularly Gary, have been brilliant throughout.
We first met Gary when we viewed a house through Haart. It wasn't right for us, but Gary listened to exactly what we were looking for and contacted us about a house he thought was suitable, which we then made an offer on. He was on hand throughout the conveyancing process, and even assisted when we had a few snags on our sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Haart to friends or family, and will certainly be contacting them when/if I move again in the future.

Great marketing to get me to sell my house with them. Very impressed by the salesmanship of valuer who came to see me.
Worked out the commission rate at about 2.5%, but they only quoted me a flat fee (which means you might not realize just how high the commission is). The average in the area is about 1% plus VAT.
Their big selling point seemed to be their own app which they use for social media marketing. Here's some news - all good estate agents will have a social media marketing strategy, even if they don't have their own app.
Also kind offer to help me with house-hunting. I can do this myself, thank you.
I ended the valuation visit just before the 2 hour mark, as the valuer showed no signs of finishing her presentation. I had been expecting that the visit would take no more than an hour.
Constant email alerts asking me to sign online marketing agreement stopped after I emailed them for the second time.
No confirmation that my details have been deleted as requested.

As you know, we actively encourage feedback and we take all comments on board, so when this review came in as just a one star, we really took note!! (Particularly when our last 231 reviews have all been pretty much 5 stars!!!) What your review does show is that we came and gave you a thorough presentation (which is also what you asked for and hence why you asked us to detail everything we do to achieve the very best price for our customers and audio recorded the responses we gave). You're right in stating that we charge a 'flat fee' rather than a percentage, this is because that as a voluntary members of The Ombudsman For Estate Agents we stringently abide by their code of conduct and they ask their member agents to quote a 'pounds, shilling and pence' figure to their customers to ensure complete transparency about what is being charged. With regards to the social media marketing tool, this is what we call 'Flink' and it's an exclusive marketing tool that only we offer in this area and is proven to put the properties we market in front of potential buyers that other agents just aren't able to!! We do offer a home finding service too, for all of our clients, which can include canvassing specific areas/ property types to try and encourage more properties on to the market for them to view, or to register our vendors' details with any one of our sister offices that may cover the area they're looking within, something that our other clients see as a positive, rather than a negative?? On the point of your details being deleted, your instructions were followed to the letter and no we didn't advise you of this as you asked us to cease communication!?! We can't do both. We are sorry that you weren't happy with our services, although from looking at the other 1 star reviews you've left for the other 12 businesses (across various industries), it seems we aren't the only ones not to have met with your exacting standards. GoogleMy step-father died a few weeks ago and I have had to put his house in St Neots on the market. A complicating factor is that I am based in Northumberland and so the' tyranny of distance' makes things difficult. I was down in St Neots last week and asked to meet with Gary for a valuation. He was tremendously helpful; gave me a quote; did all the paper work and I put the whole process in his hands. That was on Thursday - by Monday we had an offer and by Wednesday we had confirmation. Throughout the process Rosie has been in touch keeping me informed.
We used to live in Little Paxton 20 years ago and purchased and sold a property through Haart. They were great then and they are exceptional now! I would recommend them highly - great people to deal with, especially in somewhat difficult and trying circumstances.

Had to update my review it has been a long 7 months since my property was sold and I'm sure this must be in the top 10 of Gary's most stressful sales. Nothing to do with the team at Haart I hasten to add. The team and especially Gary had to liaise with three women buying and selling their properties. There were tears and tantrums (and that was just Gary, only joking) 😁
I cannot praise the team highly enough for their professionalism and help during a very stressful time for us all. Going over and above to solve all the problems we encountered, of which there were many. Keeping us informed all the way. I am now looking forward to moving into my new home.
