We just bought a house through haart and the team were super helpful and accomodating, particularly Ella. They made it really easy for us to do things like book additional viewings and to arrange different tradesmen to visit and do checks for us. Good communication throughout the whole process and no hard selling on things like using their mortgage advisor services. Never fealt any pressure from them and they did what they could to make the purchase go through nice and easily!

My wife and I would like to say a huge thank you to Ella and Harriet for their outstanding support throughout. From the beginning, Ella was fantastic. She kept us informed, followed things up whenever needed, and worked incredibly hard to help move things forward. From the first viewing, we immediately recognised that this is exactly the house we need. What stood out most was that we never felt like just another transaction. Ella genuinely cared and was always willing to go the extra mile. Harriet also deserves special recognition for the work she put in behind the scenes. There were several occasions where she went above and beyond, but one in particular really stood out. On a Saturday, despite being committed elsewhere, she travelled a considerable distance to help ensure the deal stayed on track. That level of dedication and commitment is something you rarely come across and it certainly did not go unnoticed. Property transactions can be stressful, but Ella and Harriet made the whole experience far easier than it could have been. Louisa was good at listening more than just speaking (having viewed over 100 properties with a previous purchase we have a good sample). She took the lead from us when viewing homes allowing us space to view, discuss and ask questions. As a result, a stream of viewings and several offers followed very quickly. They informed us at every step abiut the progress of these . Very disappointed in haart st.neots. when I started a purchase, they didn't declare probate wasn't granted until 2 months into it. The time frame kept changing and getting longer, which put me into a difficult situation mentally and physically. In the end I had no choice but to pull out which cost me a lot of money on solicitor fees and surveyor report. My big question was, where is the sellers checks that they are aloud to sell? I had to prove I could afford the property before they accepted my offer

I’ve recently purchased my first home and, from start to finish, Haart were fantastic. I met with Sean and George who showed me round the first viewing and the second respectively. Both were great and made it such a great experience. Weren’t pushy salesmen and allowed me to take it in at my own pace. Ella, the branch manager, was great when it came to communicating between me, the sellers, and the solicitors. She gave me frequent calls to check in and was always super friendly and reassuring when things went a bit slow. Definitely a great estate agency to buy or sell through. Thanks guys ! Adam
