I had the chance to view a property in St Neots with George. Upon arrival, he was very friendly and helpful as he answered our questions to the best of his knowledge. I have had experiences with different estate agents where you feel like you are being stalked around the property and want the viewing to end as soon as possible but George made our experience at the property great. He was also quick to getting back to me in regards to some questions for the Vendor. I definitely recommend your interest will be their priority.

We recently viewed a property with Sean Sumbillo and although the property wasn't for us this time, we both agreed we would be delighted to buy a home with Sean! Sean was polite, positive, approachable and honest - all you can ask for during a house viewing! He was good to his word with following up too. I have dealt with other haart branches but this was by far our most positive experience - thanks to haart St Neots and Sean :)

I have only positive things to say about this estate agents and am so pleased my house finally sold through them! It has been a very long and stressful process due to legal complications with the house itself but Ella at Haart has been there at every step of the way. I feel like I've spoken to her almost everyday for months and she has always been there to help. She has always had time to respond either by phone, email or text which is so reassuring. When the house was on the market Haart definetly arranged the most viewings as I originally had the house on with another agent in the area. So their marketing strategy works and you don't pay extra costs for better pictures etc like some agents. I also think for the amount of effort and time, especially Ella, put into selling my house the percentage fee is more than worth it. I could not have done this on my own so many many thanks!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have recently received impeccable service from all of the team at Haart when purchasing my first home. Sean showed me around the property and I’ve honestly never had a better experience when viewing a property - he went into detail in every room and provided me with excellent and really helpful advice for buying my first home. Since viewing the property, I have dealt with Ella who couldn’t have been better, she has explained every step of the process in detail, been open & honest and just all round amazing! I was lucky that the house I wanted was up for sale with Haart as the service I received was above & beyond. Thank you Haart!

My experience with Haart has been nothing short of perfect. I decided to sell earlier this year, and the house was on the market within 3 days and sold within 2 weeks. Throughout that period and beyond, the communication has been excellent, and Ella has gone truly over and above. She has always been there with any queries or advice on both my sale and purchase (which she has no vested interest in 90 miles away). I couldn't recommend this Estate Agents highly enough. Massive thanks to George too! Thank you.

We would like to thank Haarts Estate agents for all their very hard work in trying to sell our house for us. Their professionalism is second to none, whilst giving the personal touch always. We are feeling very elated at the moment and hope all goes well fingers crossed. Thank you Sean an especially George who was getting genuinely upset at how hard he was working to no avail. Well done all of you and thank you so much. This move means so much to us. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAARTS ESTATE AGENTS.

The team at Haart Estate Agents St Neots did a fabulous job of selling my Mothers property in Little Paxton. A potentially difficult situation of me acting on my Mothers behalf 140 miles away in Salisbury was made easy by their efficient handling of the sale. The sale was lead by Rosie but the whole team were always friendly, courteous and professional in everything they did. When in the office Rosie noticed my Mother had paperwork for the Solicitors in the office above. She offered to take the envelope up saving my Mother a trip up the steep stairs, a personal touch, very much appreciated which was indicative of our whole experience. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Haart St Neots.PositiveProfessionalism

Ella and Rosie were amazing, from start to finish! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had regular contact while the flat was on the market, with feedback after every viewing. Once the flat had sold, I got updates regularly. Because of solicitors, it took quite a while (months) for the sale to go through. As the time progressed, the contact between myself and Ella became more frequent. She was amazing at contacting the buyers and both solicitors, and feeding back where we were with the sale. I think if it hadn’t been for Ella chasing everything up, I might still be waiting for it to go through! Definitely worth every penny, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Ella and Rosie next time I sell.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The service that we received from Sean and George from the St Neots Team so far has been first rate. They work very well together and this was evident in their excellent communication (verbal and written). Sean is a most affable and helpful individual who we met during property viewings (including coming in in his day off as we could only make weekends). He was flexible and provided all of the answers to our (many) questions. In summary, I would highly recommend the St Neots Team should you want to either sell or rent your own home or buy from them. Thank you!

I George Brace would like to recommend George Crofts and his manager of Haart estate agents St.Neots for the friendly, professional way that they have conducted themselves in the selling of 16 Greenfield’s Eltisley and the buying of 208 old market court St.Neots. Also for the time he spent letting us in 208 so as my electrician and grandson Tom could measure up and assess the property to allow us to be prepared for our move. Tom also said how patient and polite George was, he is a credit to Haart. Thank you George.

Ben was clear, concise and professional in how he conducted himself while dealing with our purchase. He did what he said he would do and didn’t commit to things and not follow through on them. We can’t thank Ben enough for the work he has done in helping us purchase our home. Thank you.

We registered with a number of estate agents in the Huntingdon area to find my husband and I a bungalow. We both agree that Haart Estate Agents in St Neots to be among the best. One of their agents, George Crofts took us out to view a property. George was very professional and knowledgeable about the property and the area. He has great customer service skills and always went the extra mile. We highly recommend him.

Although I never met Connor or viewed properties in person with him, I spoke to him on the phone several times and emailed him a lot! I am so very grateful to him for his warmth, professional approach and kindness. I hadn't realised quite how stressful buying a house could be! Connor was brilliant - he kept in touch with me and did his utmost to find a house that would meet my extensive list of requirements. If you are buying or selling property, I thoroughly recommend Connor.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I don't think there are many estate agents I would keep in contact with after a house sale was successful elsewhere, but Rosie and Ella have been the dream! Rosie and Ella were amazing right from the beginning, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond in so many aspects of our house sale. Although I was originally very sceptical of the cost, you get what you pay for and their service was second to none. I truly felt like they did everything they could for us and no stoned went unturned. Despite our sale heading in another direction, we have continued to talk to Rosie and Ella, and am very pleased to have met them when we did! I would recommend them on to anyone needing to sell.

I had so my questions and I was unsure where to start. Sean was an absolutely professional and attentive; he listened and answers my questions, as well as asked questions I didn't even consider prior to getting in contact. He knows what he is doing and is a great credit to Haart. I'll be following up with him because of our interaction. Thanks Sean.

I would like to share our experience of Ben coming to our home and showing potential buyers around. He was warm and friendly and very proactive in talking about the property and what it had to offer. He used his personality ans communication skills to market the property. I would recommend Ben and his estate agent skills if you are considering putting your property on the market.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Ella at Haart. We started off our purchase very slow due to the poor work of the solicitors, Ella was always helpful in advising the right questions to ask and when to ask them. We are nearly at the end of the process and I must say that Ella has been such a help and so supportive throughout. I highly recommend using Haart as all other colleagues were extremely helpful too. Thank you Ella for all your hard work and time working with us!

I cannot recommend Haart enough! Even through a pandemic they have always been there to help with all of my questions and queries. Every time I have called, someone has answered or got back to me within the hour. Rosie has been incredible from the get go - from viewings, answering questions, getting a buyer and to now following through and pushing things forward with the purchase. Also thank you to Ella for being great when doing the viewings and at the end of the phone too! Couldn’t be happier with our choice of estate agents, you’ve been amazing!

We recently moved successfully via Haart. During a busy period, and with complications in the legal process the team were professional and effective. Many thanks to Ella especially who impressed us enough to choose haart in the first place and then saw the sale through the late stages having stepped into a new role. Without the fantastic communication and proactive approach from Ella we would not have enjoyed Christmas in our new home. We genuinely are very appreciative of all the support and the friendly approach that Ella provided throughout this sale and cannot thank her enough!
