Annafield and the team there pulled out all of the stops when necessary and got our house sold and completed on time. Annafield advertised our property and secured multiple offers in a very short timescale including one at the full asking price. I must admit was nervous on this house as we were carrying out viewings whilst the refurbishments where taking place. A number of tenants didn't not the foresight to see past the renovations. The moment the workers had finished the property was transformed and looked amazing !!. Went to the very 1st viewer. Lovely house, Lovely family renting it, Lovely landlords. That's what makes this work rewarding.

GoogleWe used Annafield for our move back in May 2023. The removals van was too small and we had to arrange separate collection of the final items that wouldn't fit with my parents as we were moving over 100 miles away. The removals team started off great, however they started arguing in front of us which made the moving day a lot more stressful than it needed to be. To top it off, when we arrived at our storage facility the removal guys hit our TV with a moving trolley, causing it to smash. We were told when booking with Annafield that if there were any issues they'd be resolved, which was also emphasised by our removal team following the accident. Annafield gave us £150 as a 'good will gesture' - Which wasn't enough to cover the cost of a new television. A promising start but in the end I wouldn't recommend or use again.
