I would highly recommend this estate agent from all the others in St Neots. The communication was great, they always kept us up to date with viewings and feedback. The team at Annafield went above and beyond to sell our property. I felt they really cared and put in the effort to promote our property to buyers. Annafield and the team marketed both mine and my partners properties. We were very pleased with the honest, professional service we experienced, from the start of the process with Joe conducting the valuations, Chloe showing perspective buyers around the properties and Keely always on hand in the office. The process was not without issues as my first buyer withdrew after 14 weeks. I was impressed by the speed Annafield re-advertised my property and found a new buyer. Subsequently, Colin in sales progression worked hard to enable all relevant parties in the sale be kept up to speed to ensure exchange/completion took place within the time scales. We had a great experience using Annafield. Their staff are kind and professional and really care. Emma was always at the end of the phone, chasing everyone for us and even updating us on her day off. They also seem to have enough staff - our first (and only!) weekend on the market was very busy but they managed to respond to this demand and were able to cover each viewing. The were so respectful - they just kept apologising for inconveniencing us with so many viewings! They were doing a great job to rent out the flat, but they have performed only the minimum during our stay and when we moved out, the agency claimed from us all the redecoration and repair costs what are related to the poorly built property normal amortization, but not our fault. Greedy, malicious attitude, disappointing. Update 25.06.2022: We have received this week the decision of the Deposit Protection Service independent adjudicator - the Annafield can keep only 20% of the claimed deposit and we, the tenants received back the 80% of the disputed deposit, because the agency did not have satisfactory proof or legal base to claim this amount of money from us. Thank you for the help of DPS!
