My wife, daughter and I recently moved house and after back and forth with changing moving dates, Annafield's removal service were able to accommodate us at short notice. The quote was very reasonable and they kept in contact in the days prior. The actual moving day was incredibly stressful due to our buyer needing to exchange and complete same day so the speed and reassurances from the removal team were brilliant. The 2 Sean's frankly went above and beyond for us and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. From making sure my pregnant wife had somewhere to sit down to reassuring me it would be ok when there was a minor scare with the lateness of the solicitors completing. Despite not selling through Annafield, the support we received for our purchase from the guys at Annafield was phenomenal. Colin, Glenn and James really went above and beyond to knock down several obstacles, created by solicitors, to the point that they were actively carrying out the conveyancing for our sale, which has been the sole reason that we were able to move into our new home before Christmas. Where shall I start... from first point of contact Duncan and Colin have been brilliant! Always just on the other end of the phone, and regularly keeping me updated of what's going on.
