I messaged Thomas Morris the same evening a property was added to Right Move and I got a phone call back as soon as they next opened. I explained my situation for both now and the future and the agent was very understanding but also honest. She spoke with the Landlord who was happy to go ahead and I viewed the property promptly. The same day I paid the holding deposit and referencing commenced and moving in date very close. I had the pleasure to meet Julie, Sean, Joe and also Ali who actually helped my mum move 20 years ago when I was 3 years old!

We dealt with the team at Thomas Morris St Ives when we sold our house and purchased another property they were selling, all the team at this branch are outstanding, they guided us through the process with ease, they are so helpful and very professional, we are actually moving again but with a P/X and even though we can't deal with them this time as we have to go through the builders choices they still have been able to give us good advice and guide us in the right direction. My experience of estate agents hasn't always been great with them tending to over promise and under deliver. The typical approach of assuring you that they will sell the house at an agreed price but then a few weeks later suggesting that you then drop the price to achieve a sale seems all too familiar. This was certainly not the case with Thomas Morris, St Ives. They were very much more straight talking, giving a realistic view of the current market and then delivering the service they promised. The staff appeared young and yet clearly knew their business well. TM also made you feel that they genuinely had your best interests at heart and were not just interested in getting their commission. If you are thinking of putting your property on the market, I would certainly recommend them. Thank you TM.
