GoogleWe recently purchased a house that was marketed by Thomas Morris, which was under the responsibility of Katy. It was an interesting experience with best & final offers, the need for a quick exchange and some frustrations with third parties in getting our existing house to exchange. From the outset it was suggested that we used Thomas Morris Conveyancing as this would help Katy to manage the process as other parties within the chain were also using them. True to her word Katy managed the whole process brilliant and she was always available to move things on if they stalled. Additionally she was fully up to speed with where all parties were within the chain so was able to fully answer questions when they were posed to her. Overall I'd have no issues with using Thomas Morris St Ives again or recommending them.

GoogleBecky at Thomas Morris was a great help, as first time sellers, she talked us through the process of selling our house and what steps we should consider first! She explained that whilst Thomas Morris do not have a local office near to our property, she could refer us over to a recommended agent through the Relocation Agent Network. She organised for Andrew from Lednor Estate Agents came to value for us and whilst we have decided that now is not quite the right time for us to move house... We will DEFINITELY be using their services in the future!!

GoogleVery pleased to recommend the St. Ives Thomas Morris team and Becky in particular.. Estate agents work for the vendors so as a buyer, I didn't have high hopes when I approached a number of estate agents in St. Ives for help with finding us the right property. Becky always responded to my emails very quickly and we also had a chat over the phone where she asked me exactly what we were looking for.. She was kind enough to send us details of properties coming to the market before they were live. All of these were properties that she thought would be good for us based on the information I had given her.. We have now found a property to buy with another agent but I had to leave this review for Thomas Morris as they were so helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to approach them in the future if I needed any help.

GoogleAfter a bad experience with another Agent I moved to Thomas Morris. What a difference! I cannot fault them. I think what stood out was their communication - they kept me informed every step of the way with constant updates. Also, with the added stress of selling during a pandemic, I was always able to reach them by telephone whenever I called - this was something I never received with the previous Agent. Thomas Morris were very professional and good value and I can highly recommend them.

GoogleThe team at Thomas Morris have made the sale of our house very stress free. It took a little while to find a buyer due to the lockdown before and after Christmas. We were kept informed of what the team was doing to try to help the sale and/or rental of the property. When we had viewings booked for the house the team was efficient and everything was done to ensure the viewing was socially distant as safe as possible. Once we had a buyer the process was very smooth with the help of Jemma who kept us up to date with progress and the Thomas Morris Conveyencing team. Once we found a buyer, despite the delays in searches due to lockdown we have been able to sell the house in 7 weeks. Thank you to all the team.

GoogleHi Becky, I did receive your message yesterday, sorry I was working. My feedback on the property is as follows. Your zoopla advert says this property is "immaculately presented". I suggest that the person writing the ads actually sees the property because this property was horrendous!! Also, had I known this I would not have travelled 1 1/2 hours from london to see it. 3 hour round trip. £20 of petrol. Not only did the property smell like someone had died there, but also the owner didn't even bother to clean it out ! The 2nd toilet off from the master bedroom was piled full of rubbish and the walls were mouldy ! The bathroom looked like it was derelict and no one had cleaned it for years. In short the place was so awful the think the owner would be better off paying someone to take it off his hands. Becky, your statement that " it needs some work " was a gross understatement. I wish you or one of your colleagues told me this before I drove up there.

GoogleGoing through the buying process for the first time I felt a bit anxious at the beginning. However Becky and Jemma from Thomas Morris have been very helpful answering any questions that I had or intermediating between me/my solicitor and the seller when the sale seemed to have reached a stagnant point.They were replying promptly to my emails and they were always very patient and ready to try to solve any problems I had regarding the sale. The viewing of properties also was very easy to book. On the whole I had a very good experience with Thomas Morris. Thank you!

GoogleI would recommend Thomas Morris again for buying, selling or renting! We dealt with them during the covid pandemic for sale viewings and our purchase. They have been brilliants from start to finish! Anytime i requested a viewing they could call promptly, make arrangements and kept in regular contact with updates. Sales side - anytime i phoned the first person who picked up was always able to answer all of my questions and any time they said they would phone back they did on the same day. The sales stuff were eager to get properties sold but never pushy with it! They went the extra mile in listening to what we wanted in a property, contacting us prior to properties going on Rightmove so we were guaranteed early viewings and were very accommodating throughout! Thank you so much to everyone i spoke with in the team you truly were brilliant all the way through!
