GoogleGrant and the team gave a super service achieving a sale. It was not straightforward, being an older property and having outline planning for 2 plots. They targeted a wide range of potential buyers and dealt with all queries, taking charge of all viewings. They kept us updated on progress and gave regular feedback.

The team at St Ives are exemplary - especially Sophie and Chloe. Nothing, but nothing, is too much bother. At age 81 making a move is quite traumatic but they have been Professional, friendly and patient all the way through. Why can all Estate Agents been so lovely to deal with ?

GoogleThe ladies at Harvey Robinson St.Ives are more than amazing. From the moment I met Katie I got the vibe that was the estate agent I was going to use. They have been amazing at advertising the house and arranging viewings, contact for me was a huge thing as it’s a split and they were amazing and relieved so much stress. The fact we sold in just over a week was all down to them! I would recommend Harvey Robinson to everyone.

GoogleI recently put my home on the market with Harvey Robinson and although I sadly didn't find a buyer, I was very happy with how the property was marketed. Katie, Corrinne and Chloe are a pleasure to deal with and they were in contact regularly to keep me updated. Having access to the portal was also a real bonus, in particular having visibility to any feedback from viewings and how the property was performing on Rightmove. It's a pity things didn't quite work out this time, but thank you to the entire team for all your hard work 🙂

Really bad experience with this agent. The house I purchased was in a much worse state when I moved in to how it looked when I viewed. There were numerous, quite serious issues with it, but the agent couldn't care less. They were happy to cover up these problems to sell the property and then pretend they knew nothing about them.

GoogleAfter a number of meetings with estate agents, we were particularly impressed by the services offered by Harvey Robinson. The photos of the property, marketing, feedback after viewings and feedback / advice were great. Harvey Robinson (specifically Katie, Corrinne and Megan) always went above and beyond for us. We ended up removing our property due to a change in situation. However, we would strongly recommend friends and family to use Harvey Robinson in the future.
