GoogleKatie Taylor valued my house in St Ives and showed great knowledge not only of the state of the local housing market but also of the likely preferences and habits of prospective purchasers, and was able to tell me in detail what sort of potential buyers she would be targeting and why, as well as giving good advice on the presentation of the house and so forth. I am very pleased to recommend.

GoogleI recently purchased a house through Harvey Robinson and I had no issues with the service I received. My main agent was Katie, who always kept me informed of what was going on through the lengthy process and kept chasing for updates on my behalf. When Katie wasn't available other members of the team were able to answer questions and keep me updated. I would happily buy and sell future houses through them
Thank you for your review Tom. We really do hope that you settle into your new home well.

TrustpilotCouldnt be better
5* Service, 5* Communication 5* Staff from start to finish. Whilst 2 other well known estate agents locally failed to sell our property, HR did exactly what they said they would do, Use their superior knowledge of the Biggleswade area to get us a sale. All the staff were great, but Sophie is a name that stood out for us time and time again. she never let us down once, and throughout the whole process, we were let down a lot from other third parties. she is an absolute credit to the company and I would have no hesitancy at recommending not just HR, but her to anyone. she clearly cares about the job at hand and constantly makes you feel like you are the only client she has to deal with. I cannot thank Sophie enough for the service she provided, We would not be where we are now without her. the best.

TrustpilotI rented a flat through Harvey Robinson Huntingdon team
I rented a flat through Harvey Robinson’s Huntingdon lettings team and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. When I moved in, the property had several flaws that were never addressed, despite me raising them multiple times in person. The washroom was not cleaned properly and had permanent stains throughout the toilet. We didn’t even use the curtains, yet they are now claiming that the damage was caused by us.

GoogleKatie & her team at Harvey Robinson in St Ives provided an excellent service for our recent house sale. Katie priced the house at a realistically achievable valuation & the house was well presented in the marketing information. She & her colleagues kept us informed throughout the whole process & were all able to deal with any questions or queries that we had. They also worked very hard in the final stages of the sale to chase up solicitors so that the completion date suited us and our purchasers. I would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are looking for an estate agent in St Ives & surrounding areas.
Hi Lesley, thank you so much for your 5 star review, we really appreciate your positive feedback.
