Being first time buyers negotiating the labyrinth that is buying house can be very stressful. The team at Harvey Robinson were by far the most friendly of any of the estate agents we have dealt with. Several other estate agents in this area could learn a thing or two from them when it comes to politeness and being helpful. Sophie and Katie deserve a special mention. They were professional, helpful and had prompt answers to our questions. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Harvey Robinson made a fantastic job of marketing our property through their photographs and video tour including drone footage of the surrounding area. We had a high number of viewings which were well organised and managed, particularly by Katie and Sophie, who gave us almost immediate feedback after each one. Fortnightly updates on the sales progress were really useful and we felt we could call anyone on the team at any time if we needed to.

Excellent. Although we were not directly involved with them they were selling the property we were buying but to be very honest, we had more communication with them than we did with our useless estate agents, William H. Brown of Ely. From our initial viewing and subsequent viewings of a property we were interested in, all the staff were brilliant. It would be unfair to the other staff if I mentioned one or two names because they all were superb in their communication. They contacted us every 2wks as promised, they chatted on the phone, sent emails and were so good in keeping us informed of all events. Can't fault any of the staff, they were helpful, friendly, open and, unlike our own estate agents, honest. We did have a few communication issues to start with but we soon got these ironed out. However, they all looked after us in what proved to be a very challenging time and all the staff excelled in their job-roles, taking into account, as I have previously mentioned, they were not acting for us directly but rose above and beyond. So to sum up our experience with Harvey Robinson Estate Agents, St Ives. We highly recommend this Company for all your house selling/buying services and should we ever need to sell our property, we would use them on a heart-beat. Thanks all, you're the best

Really grateful for HR from start to finish. Great communication through out. Having one person as a main contact was a big benefit for both me and my partner. We were regularly updated (even if there wasn’t really anything to update!) but was always appreciated. Having dealt with a few different agencies in the past I was so impressed by HR and would definitely be keen to use them again in the future.
