GoogleMe and my partner have been viewing properties since August.. and it’s been stressful. But Corrine and Katie were an absolute pleasure to work with! Corrine rang me through the whole process to catch up and advised me on any properties she thought i may like! they were both so lovely and it made such a massive difference compared to some other companies we viewed with! Thank you so much i would recommend to anyone!

GoogleWe've had such a brilliant experience using Harvey Robinson for our house sale! Katie the Branch Manager was great at keeping us updated and following up with solicitors and buyers when needed to keep things moving. All the team are lovely and have all the info about the sale, so when we needed to ring they were always super helpful.

GoogleVery helpful with getting my property purchase over the line as a first time buyer. The deal almost fell through but with the help of Sophie, the team and Paul they managed to give us info that saved the deal!! Answered all of my many questions speedy, cant thank them enough. :D

GoogleWe have just completed on a property marketed by Harvey Robinson (St Ives) and they have been fantastic throughout the whole process, they are always at the end of the phone if you have questions and they kept us up to date with progress. A shout out to Grant in particular who is very friendly & approachable. If we ever decide to move again we will definitely choose Harvey Robinson!

GoogleGrant and the team were relentless at following up, chasing and always giving me an update when they said they would. Harvey Robinson were excellent at delivering against the promise they gave at point of sign up. The most impressive element of service delivery from Grant and team was how they managed the chain, liaising with solicitors and pulling everything together something which is quite literally priceless. If you are selecting an estate agent I would highly recommend Harvey Robinson.

GoogleI have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Harvey Robinson in St Ives as a prospective buyer. Right from the initial enquiry they were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. My viewing went very smoothly, Katie was waiting for me when I arrived and she very obviously understood the property that I was viewing and was able to quickly deal with my questions and explain things as needed. After the viewing the additional questions that I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Sophie who got me the answers that I needed. When buying houses it's easy to forget that the buyer is not the agent's customer and some agents that I have dealt with have made this apparent in the way that they deal with buyers. This was definitely not my experience here and I felt that I was as important in the sales process as the seller. If you are thinking of listing with Harvey Robinson then I would not hesitate to recommend them based on how they will treat your prospective buyers, I know that if I have a property to sell again in the future I will be giving them a call.

GoogleWe recently bought our home through Harvey Robinson, and Chloe W. from the St Ives branch was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful, kept everything moving, and really pushed to get the completion over the line. The rest of the team at the branch were also fantastic, friendly, supportive, and easy to deal with. If we ever decide to sell in the future (not for a long while, fingers crossed!), we’ll definitely use them. Highly recommend!

GoogleI am late in writing this review but still very thankful to the team at St Ives, Harvey Robinson for getting our house sale over the line in June. We came to them after a terrible experience with Cheffins, Cambridge. I wish we had known of Harvey Robinson in the first instance, it would have saved a lot of heart ache. The service offered and level of communication was excellent. The sale process was not straight forward but they helped smooth the path between solicitors and ensure everything was completed in a timely manner. Thank you again to Katie, Megan and Grant in particular, although the whole team was a pleasure to work with.

GoogleThey did exactly what it said on the tin. Polite, very knowledgeable on the current market. They kept to their word and if they said they would phone or do something, it happened. Unlike other estate agents we had the unfortunate luck of using. Finally their recommendations for solicitors were spot on and they too ticked all the boxes. GoogleHighly recommended. We sold our house in less than 2 weeks, at the price we wanted to sell it for. The team kept us up-to-date throughout the process and chased other stakeholders regularly to ensure our sale and purchase went ahead. We spoke with 2 other estate agents and Harvey Robinson were by far the most professional team and obvious choice for us. In particular, Katie Taylor restored my faith in estate agents, who often get a bad reputation - she is excellent.

Sophie and her team at St ives arranged twice as many viewings and did so in a very efficient way. We received feedback on viewings promptly on the same day.
