We have recently bought our home through Harvey Robinson in St Ives - moving from Devon to Cambridgeshire. When we first viewed the property, Sophie showed us around and then replied promptly with following emails. Katie then took over our purchase. She was extremely professional and friendly, again answering all questions promptly. We were regularly updated with the progress of our purchase. Katie and her team were a pleasure to deal with and really helped during a stressful time. We are not intending to move again, however we would happily recommend Harvey Robinson to anyone that is buying or selling. Thank you Katie and the Harvey Robinson team!

Being based in Cornwall meant it was difficult to get to the property very often and we relied on Katie and the team to make this process as painfree as possible. When I walked into the St Ives office I was greeted so professionally by Katie. The excellent service never faltered. Grant kept me informed throughout the selling process by regular phone calls. Nothing was too much trouble and when I did have a query he was always happy to listen and explain and give me an answer. My house sold very quickly but unfortunately due to the purchasers buyers the process was quite lengthy so the updates from Grant were really paramount! Over the years I have bought and sold various properties and can honestly say that the whole team at the St Ives office is the most professional and friendly I have ever known. They were very quick to have the property ready to go market once we had the house photo ready. My experience with Harvey Robinson is a 5 star award! Everything has gone well and smooth! From the advertisement until we sold the house and again now they are still calling to see if I am happy and settled. They are always there to help and follow you. Katie, which followed my sale, has been exceptional and amazing. She was often calling and mailing my lazy solicitors, pushing them to make the process quicker, sometimes suggesting them what to do. She was constantly updating me on where the process was and which the following step would have been. Also Sophie has been very helpful and patient taking pictures of the house. I am very happy with Harvey Robinson, they let me choose the price I wanted for the sale, they let us to retake the pictures of the house as many times as we wished. The advertisement was very well made. I used them twice, I bought from them 5 yers ago, and I would definitely use them again if I need in the future.

We completed on our house sale today and like the other reviewers we were very satisfied with the service provided by Harvey Robinson. We had fortnightly updates and never had to chase for any information. They were respectful of our timelines and reassuring throughout. There was an online portal where all viewings were logged and all feedback entered promptly after the viewings. We first had our valuation more than 2 years ago but various delays meant we could not sell until later in 2022 - the team checked in every 6 months to see how things had progressed with our circumstances and eventually it paid off! We did invite other local estate agents to provide a valuation but were most impressed by Katie at Harvey Robinson as she presented a very logical and evidence based explanation as to how they would market our house and what the asking price should be. In conclusion I would highly recommend Harvey Robinson. Thanks team.

The whole team at Harvey Robinson have been absolutely brilliant. The sale of our mother's house after her death was very problematic but Katie and her colleagues handled the situation with great sensitivity and professionalism at all times. The path towards successful completion was not easy but Katie spent hours chasing our purchasers, hounding solicitors on all sides, searching for solutions to problems and ensuring that the sale was progressed as quickly as possible. The team went above and beyond by making regular visits to an empty property to ensue all was well. Updates were thorough and regular, ensuring we were kept regularly informed.
