TrustpilotAn easy to manage storage solution
An easy to manage storage solution. I really liked the fact that you can downsize your unit space as you downsize your stuff. The office staff are really helpful during the day and respond promptly to emails. Having 24 hour access is great and an onsite kitchen area to make a brew is a very welcome addition.

GoogleVery Impressed with the storage facility. Cleanliness, Access and professionalism are all excellent. Cost is somewhat prohibitive however. I will continue to use the facility from a business perspective because I can claim VAT back but for personal use it is too expensive. Thanks
Thanks for your review Steve.

I have used The storage Team before but this time it was an actual emergency and they went way out of their way to accommodate my situation and I can not thank everyone at the storage team for their help at really bad time.

YellIf your looking for a storage unit that is clean, excellent price, the storage team is the one to use
I recently moved from one storage unit after being with them for a considerable time. I was paying a considerable amount because I didn't look around for a better offer. The storage unit was recommended to me so I contacted them to see if they had any offers. Not only did the storage team offer great prices, but they also price match. I dealt with Alex, who was so helpful, so ask to speak with him when you need a unit, he is really kind and excellent customer service. The units are very clean and easy to use, with little touches such as a welcome gift, drink facilities, toilets and boxes, packing and anything you will need to move are available.I highly recommend the storage team, they have disability access, very secure and very clean. Thanks again to Alex.

GoogleAmazing storage facility! All staff are very friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. Clean and tidy site, good sized loading bay we didn't have to wait around to unload. Kitchen with coffee and tea available. We also had some parcels delivered which was taken in on our behalf as we were on holiday at the time, very helpful! We will definitely be using the storage team again.
Thank you Hayley for your kind review.

GoogleI did a lot of research on finding storage and The Storage Team were by far the best. I can’t speak for the other locations but The Widnes branch is immaculate, well organised and set out well as I’m sure the other locations are. The service from Jan and the rest of the team was fabulous and they were extremely helpful and informative. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great, well managed place to store their belongings. Thank you!!!
Thanks for the great review Angela. Much appreciated.
