The Scunthorpe team are always pleasant, helpful & friendly. The Scunthorpe site is well maintained with a focus on cleanliness. I use it for personal however the company i work for also use it & i'm treated with the same professionalism no matter the reason i'm there

GoogleAmazing storage facility! All staff are very friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. Clean and tidy site, good sized loading bay we didn't have to wait around to unload. Kitchen with coffee and tea available. We also had some parcels delivered which was taken in on our behalf as we were on holiday at the time, very helpful! We will definitely be using the storage team again.

GoogleI did a lot of research on finding storage and The Storage Team were by far the best. I can’t speak for the other locations but The Widnes branch is immaculate, well organised and set out well as I’m sure the other locations are. The service from Jan and the rest of the team was fabulous and they were extremely helpful and informative. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great, well managed place to store their belongings. Thank you!!!

GoogleWhen we knew our new build home was going to be delayed beyond the time we had to leave our then home we needed to put everything into storage and being close to our new home we chose The Storage Team St Helens. We arranged a site visit, discussed the size of unit that would adequately suit our needs. The staff were courteous at all times & the facility is secure, clean and tidy and we would certainly use them again should the need arise. Thank You to everyone at The Storage Team St Helens

Regarding the Skelmersdale Unit.

Ryan, We are saddened that you have left such a poor, inaccurate review of our services. When you reported a small amount of mould on a couple of your items in July, which may or may not have been present before the goods entered our facility, our team did their utmost to help. Offering to help you relocate the items to an alternate unit right away, but you elected to leave them in the same unit. We pride ourselves on quality and service, thus have had no other reports of such cases in our 3 years’ operating in Skelmersdale. In regards to access times, these have not changed from the point of agreeing the rental of the unit. We believe that an appropriate resolution has now been found and wish you well for the future.

From our initial enquiry to moving in the team at The Storage Team, St. Helens have been amazing! Nothing is ever too much trouble from helping us take deliveries, to booking rooms for us and they even help out when you're out of milk for a brew!
