I have used The Storage Team at St Helens facilities for a number of years now. Jan and the team that run the facility are excellent. They are helpful, flexible and always willing to assist. The storage units are safe and secure and the offices are warm, well maintained and in good condition. When I could not access my office recently as another team were using it they made another available at no extra charge at short notice. Great site, great team.

The response time to queries I have sent on what’s app has been impeccable. The unit was clean and easily accessible at a time that suited me. Thanks to the whole St Helens team.

Fantastic team! So helpful and polite. On my initial visit I was given the option to look at several sized units, and shown round the grounds, so i felt comfortable to access my chosen unit as and when needed. The building is clean, tidy and has plenty space to be able to move large furniture freely. Very compatible prices and good security, so you can rest assured that your items are safe. Will recommend and use again, if needed!

The team including the manager feel like family and are so friendly/helpful and genuinely care about the customers and have a great work ethic. Absolutely brilliant staff at Meanwood Road, Leeds. They could not have been more helpful. Showed me round the units so I could see the size I needed and explained the booking process clearly. Ideal location for my son's belongings during the university summer break. Very reasonable pricing and lots of extra storage equipment (boxes, bags, tape, etc) if you need them. Will definitely be back next summer.

The team were really helpful, I needed a storage unit last minute and they went out of their way to show me a video of the unit and how to easily access it. They got me registered and with a unit within minutes. Once there, I got into the unit with no issues and I’m happy with how secure they keep it

Rented a private storage locker and utilised the bulk storage here for well over 12 months whilst I was trying to buy a home. Excellent facility with friendly and professional staff. Competitive pricing with options to change or upgrade when other offers become available. Facility is clean and well presented with a large adequate elevator. Opening hours although not 24 unless requested, are perfectly suitable. Security is very good with keypad operated gate to loading bay and further security entrance. The only negative I've found is that the loading/unloading area becomes very busy at weekends with removals vans and it's difficult to park and obtain access. I would definitely use this facility again in the future if needed. Thank you.

Dissapointed!

I was offered a great price on a storage unit at there Widnes branch. I was told it would be an ongoing price that they gave me. I paid for 12 months storage initially and they confirmed I would pay the initial set price for as long as I kept the unit. However, they have raised the price twice, the second time I rang to complain, so they put it down to my first price increase price. However I am extremely unhappy that the price went up in the first place. They told me that the price for the unit could be rented out for more. When it was offered to me at the ongoing price I was quoted, they were only too happy to take my money as they had several empty units. I feel quite annoyed they have done this and will be removing my belongings as soon as I can!.
