Friendly and clean

I never usually write reviews but felt I needed to in this instance. I wasn’t too sure how much space I needed and was shown a number of options by the lady in the reception. We are downsizing and needed some extra space in the interim period. We shopped around but felt that this facility offered the best services, was very clean, the staff seem to care about customer service as well as value for money. I would highly recommend the storage team st. Helen’s if you are local and looking for space.

Excellent service from Ricardo, we wasn’t sure what size unit we needed to store our grandson and daughters things why they prepare to move out into their own home. Ricardo found us the perfect size unit, took us round the facility, explained everything we needed to know and back into reception to do paperwork where it was lovely and relaxed. The place is immaculate, loading bay always clear and trolleys available, kitchen available to use and vending machines. I can walk away knowing our things are secure here and not worry. I enquired at 8 in the morning and was called within minutes, an appointment made and all done and sorted same day. Was even given storage boxes to make a start. Highly recommended 5*

I would like to say a big thank you for the service I had received from you all. My 5 years with you has been extremely amazing and I can’t fault your team or service. I would highly recommend The Storage Team the staff are very helpful and friendly. If I’m ever in need of space again I will definitely be in touch, if the price is right and no unexpected rent rises il be back. I would of never left in the first place if it wasn’t for the rent rises but with the cost of living it forced my hand to give the unit up.

We were met at reception by a lady called Janet, and she was very helpful and explained how the rental system works. We were a bit unsure about how much space we needed, so she took us on a tour of available units. We found one that was ideal for us, and we signed up. Customer service was second to none, and we enjoyed a couple of complimentary chocolates. All in all I would recommend your company to friends and family. Well done.
