We found this fantastic value for money and saved so much time and effort while our daughter was at Edge Hill Uni as we didn't have transport all of her stuff back and forth from Ormskirk to Buckinghamshire a 3hr trip we also found the staff really helpful and friendly would recommend this to anyone in the same situation. Decided to use storage team st helens initially it was for a 2 week period which ended up being 4 months. This business where excellent from beginning to end shown around different storage rooms to find one that would suit my needs even given ground floor with my fear of lifts. So clean so airy even gave me free boxes and option to buy more if required. So not only a storage facility but you can purchase what you need to assist your move from boxes to locks. Staff have been great pleasant knowledagble and ensure your safety at all times. You receive a code or one of your choice that allows entry to the grounds which is gated and again used for the building itself. I cannot recommend the storage team enough prices are fair too . Deposit returned after last day. I loved the fact I could go whenever I needed to to add to what was already there and the timing of my house move also meant I could get boxes of belongings etc and put away in my new home and just got removal guys in last day when all organised. I have had a storage unit (sometimes more than one) with The Storage Team St Helens for the last 13 years. During that time I have found the experience universally positive. The staff, without exception, have always been professional, helpful and friendly. While the facilities themselves are immaculately clean and well maintained. Over the years I have recommended The Storage Team to family and friends and they in turn have been very happy with their experience. I have no hesitation in recommending The Storage Team St Helens to anyone considering renting a storage unit either for the short or the long term.

Used The Storage Team at St Helens for storage of things when moving house, and also their Virtual Mailbox service for my business. Have always been really helpful and reasonable on price. Storage unit was clean, dry and easily accessible and we also used their other division 'The Removal Team' to move house for us - great service from the guys and nothing was ever too much trouble - once the van was full, they sent another guy in another van to keep things moving and to get the last few bits out of our shed. Highly recommended!

Really helpful initially, but caravan stored for only 2 months before a caravan was stolen and they gave 5 working days for caravans to be removed by the owners. This place has double security gates, extensive CCTV, so for their security to fail so spectacularly suggests that someone has shared their PIN code to the gate.

Great service at The Storage Team. I needed a storage unit desperately when the completion of my house got delayed. I was able to nip into the office and sort it all out in under an hour. The staff were always very friendly and around to give assistance if needed. Found parking at the unit very easy and definitely felt like my belongings were secure with my own access code. We needed storage for our daughters things whilst she’s attending Edge Hill Uni, we live quite far away but calls and emails were always answered promptly, the student deal for the summer break was great value for money and included boxes, tape and a padlock, the storage area was secure and clean, and on getting to our storage area there was a little snack pack with drink/crisps and chocolate waiting…perfect for my daughter after a day of packing! The storage team at Skelmersdale have been amazing! So friendly and professional Thankyou so much Hannah, Hayley, Kyle, Dan and Graham it took a lot of stress out of end of term packing/storage.
