Great estate agents

We have been looking for a rental property since mid January 23, of the 10 estate agents we have dealt with, Stapleton Derby was by a long mile the most professional company we dealt with., cannot recommend them enough especially Lindsey who was absolutely brilliant.

Sales of my property

Dan and June both were excellent in dealing with the sales of my property. If you want to sell your property, I would not hesitate to contact Dan and June @ Stapleton Derby.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Stapleton Derby Estate Agents as a buyer for a property they were selling. From the moment I first rang up and spoke to Sue to book a viewing, to the completion date they were amazing. Even though I wasn't their client I felt so supported by Sue and Stephen throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble that really helped me to manage my anxiety. They were always available to talk to me, provide reassurance and helped things run smoothly. Stapleton Derby are the best estate agents I have ever come across providing a personal touch that makes you feel that they listen and it's not just about money as you get the whole 5 star package. They are just brilliant.

All in all they have made this process so much easier with their caring professional way. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Stapleton Derby Excellent Estate Agent

Stapleton Derby estate agent provided excelled service in the process of my house purchase. It has been a pleasant time with them. They offered additional viewings and all ways there to support me thought the process of the purchase. They even liaised with the vendor on my behalf to bring the cost down on the property. I can wholeheartedly recommend Stapleton Derby. I’ve dealt with June a few times now both buying and selling, and her professionalism is outstanding. She’s always available if there are any problems and deals with them without fuss. In fact the whole team in Rainford have been so helpful and kept in contact throughout the whole process. Thank you again 😀

Successful house sale

June and Alex did a great job with our recent house sale. Whilst this can be a very stressful experience, they responded to all our questions and helped to chase things along to a successful conclusion. Thank you to both for your efforts.

Bought through Stapleton Derby Rainford

We very recently bought a house advertised through Stapleton Derby Rainford and could not be happier with the services received. June and Alex have been fantastic right from the very start. They offered great advice, kept us updated of the latest additions to the market and once we found our dream home, pushed to get things through as quickly and smoothly as possible for us. They worked tirelessly and kept us well informed at every stage. We are extremely grateful and would use them again in future if we move again (although we are hoping to have many happy years here).

Fantastic experience using Stapleton Derby Estate Agents. Lovely friendly staff. Sue Bradley went above and beyond to get my mother's house sold. It wasn't an easy sale and Sue worked tirelessly to get it completed. Sue is a credit to the company. I would thoroughly recommend Stapleton Derby, the selling fees are very competitive. Very happy. Thanks Sue.

After a viewing, we tried ringing and emailing, no one came back to us for a full day. Viewings are a waste of time if when you want to apply no one comes back to you. Wouldn’t recommend!
