GoogleI viewed a property loved it and made the full asking price offer with in the next half hr I received a phone call telling me it was offers over said price after bringing it to there attention they then changed the add to offers over !!!!!! Then told me I was out bid this is in my opinion and many others including the liverpool echo and st helens reporter false advertising to get more people viewing if I could give them 0 stars I would they are a totally despicable sales agent not to be trusted
Hi Paul, Whilst we are obviously disappointed with your review the facts are that the property was advertised at the Sellers request and then amended at the sellers request following high demand. We are sorry that you have had a poor experience and wish you well in your property search.

Organised to see a property to let. Property was let out in meantime. No communication to cancel visit. They claim voicemail left but not on my phone. Still sent reminder text on the day of appointment to attend. Drove 2 hours to view property to obviously find nobody there.
