I will have one AST expired in September n they are proactively promoting my property n there r 3 viewings already. Oh.. Hi, I’m sorry but I cannot give better than this. Even if the agent who I got assigned to after I requested for my tenancy to be terminated was nice and helpful. Agency shared information about the property and different kind of checks to a person who moved out from the flat 3 years ago. After asked (me and the previous co-tenant also) for new contract and the person to be removed from the emails on various occasions it’s still didn’t happen. Customer service was really poor. Ellie who took over my case in the past month was really helpful though and tried to get the best out of an already existing poor situation. So Ellie 5 stars, agency -1. Jane in particular was fantastic, and responded to all our enquiries very quickly, and was great at dealing with the solicitors and speeding things along. Moving was quick and easy. I had Ellie helping with my move and she was great!! I'll give her 5 stars. It was difficult to get time off work to go over everything and I was able to read through everything via email and was quick and easy. Property needs a clean and a lick of paint but service from estate agents has been great!

Reeds Rains agent Alan's (Wigan) visit was a welcoming change. A very polite person, who was very thoughtful and ensured he removes his shoe when he entered our house for inspection. ( our house is fully carpeted) . He was patient and gave me enough time to the house. It was nice to be serviced by a person who respects you and your house .

We have just renewed a tenancy with existing tenants and were advised by Reeds to increase rent by £25pm. That’s great we thought until they took all their charges for rewriting agreement and charging £30 for “researching” market rental value. We get net £3pm increase!! Waste of time but then most estate agents are ripping off customers, particularly landlords, to make up for Covid losses.
