Victoria Simms arranged our mortgage. There were several issues that arose, due to other parties that caused us a lot of stress. Victoria was just fantastic, supporting us through it all. She followed up with other parties constantly and always kept us informed. She really went over and above for us and we cannot thank her enough. The st.Helens. branch This agencie is so well organised and will explain to you everything u need to know when trying to to rent house they have spot on knowledge of the area and are super helpful when looking for a house. The agent that helped me with everything was eleanor smith she helped me find a house after i told her about our struggle finding one that allowed us to have our dogs and we manged to find and secure one within the same week such an amazing agent.

Disgusting. Avoid ! Staff are horribly rude. Please get recorded phone calls as it's pretty much our say vs theres. Julie just turned up for my routine inspection, I was on an important phone call and asked please could I have half an hour or even just a bit of time to wrap up my phone call as I had waited for this meeting for ages. (Housing phone call because Reeds Rains issued me a section 21) Julie proceeded to show me a key for my own front door and TELL me she IS coming in. It was very passive aggressive and intimidating and uncalled for when I pleaded for just abit of time. Every single dealing with reeds rains had been upsetting. Please avoid especially young people, people with mental health problems or anyone vulnerable because they do not give a stuff about there tenants and you will not feel like you have a home but a house they allow you to live in. Long rant but I hope people read and avoid this agents. I regret it and just hope to find somewhere soon to put this behind me.

Cannot praise Emily & her team highly enough. From start to finish they have been fantastic. Jane has gone above & beyond and exercised extreme professionalism yet in a lovely down to earth friendly manner. She’s been a joy to deal with. 5 stars is just not high enough! I am a first time buyer so very new to the whole property process.
