GoogleDefinitely a 5* review from me. Mike and his team, Melissa & Lewis have been amazing throughout my mortgage application. Nothing has been to much trouble and they have been answering my emails & phone calls on a constant basis as my case was tricky. I would fully recommend them and I will be recommending to all my friends. They stuck with me for the 9 weeks it took to sort everything out and made me feel positive all the way through.

GoogleJust used Reeds Rains in St Helens to let my house out. Hayley and her colleagues were magnificent, they bent over backwards to assist me in every detail, even though this can be a stressful time they have made the process as simple as can be. Even when I have called Hayley up with silly questions, she has been understanding and extremely helpful. The team even assisted me in selling some of my property to the tenant. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service I have received from Hayley and her team and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much for your help.

FacebookI cannot speak highly enough of the support and guidance from Jen Box and Calum Knight at Reeds Rains St Helen’s. As first-time landlords - myself and my partner were nervous about letting our home out. Upon meeting Jen, she talked me through the whole process of letting, how they carry out reference checks etc. On viewing day - Jen called me after each tenant to give me an update, which was very much appreciated and made us more relaxed. Jen knew we were nervous and did everything she could to ease us. Both Calum and Jen are always on hand for all our questions (many questions with being new landlords) - they were patient, informative and both soo extremely friendly! Calum has kept us up to date with every movement - from our house going live on the market, to how many applications, referencing etc. Calum checked in at every stage to provide updates and answer my endless questions. Having had a few agencies quoting for us - at first I was dubious with going with Reeds Rains with them being St Helen’s based and not Warrington - however after speaking with both Jen and Calum about how they reference tenants (which was super important to us) - they stood out amongst other Warrington based agencies and it was a clear, easy decision to use them to let our house. Calum, Jen - thank you! You have both been fabulous!! I 1000% recommend these guys!!

GoogleI met Emma Fagan as a representative of Reeds Rains at my property to let. She presented extremely well & was professional throughout. The tenancy process went very smoothly & I was happy, however the tenant had a change of circumstances that needed close management. A replacement was found verry efficiently and Emma was supporting me throughout the change. I did receive some incorrect advice that I argued against with two other members of the central office team, they eventually accepted my position in the discussions. Emma (now promoted) and members of her Branch Office have been extremely efficient, courteous and professional throughout the lettings process.

GoogleI have just bought a property through Reeds Rains St Helens. Their helpfulness and service has been excellent. Emma Horrocks was the estate agent i dealt with. She is professional helpful and did everything she could in her power to help my purchase go through smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for her and calls were always returned prompt with any answers that i may have needed. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains St Helens and Emma Horrocks in particular. GoogleWe viewed a property with Alan, he was the first out of many agents who we had come across this past month who actually spoke to us and was a genuinely nice person. He was so welcoming and seemed to actually be interested in our opinion of the property we were viewing, I would fully recommend Reeds Rains St Helens if you’re looking for a property to rent. They take an actual interest in you and what your needs are when it comes to renting a new property.

GoogleOutstanding. Highly recommend Reeds Rains St Helens. My property manager is Georgia, who goes out of her way in EVERY way. She really cares about her clients, resolves issues quickly and deals with enquiries promptly. Also, today, I had a visit from Alan, who too was incredible. I was nervous about him coming to my home, but his sense of humour and his gentle nature quickly takes the nerves away. Every member of staff that I've dealt with at this branch have been professional, whilst also friendly and relatable, which is very rare, these days. I just wanted to leave this review, as I feel people are always quick to complain, but slow to compliment. Thanks for everything.
