Lied to about exchange of contract stating it would be done and not to worry. Only to be told, i would have to wait another 5 months. Lies! Terrible estate agents. Very pushy to grab a sale just for some commission

TrustpilotThe good reviews are fake
Good friends with someone at this company so do not be fooled by these good FAKE reviews made by staff at the branch. This branch is robbing hard working people. Don't be fooled. The staff treat the clients really bad - speakingabout them when they phone for repairs etc

Rented with Entwistle green in Maghull and thought they were very nice. Landlady removed our house from Entwistle and went to Urban Residentials. When our tenancy finished it was a nightmare getting deposit back from Entwistle. Took nearly two months at no fault of our own.

TrustpilotNever answer the phone.
Never do they answer the phone, (Blackpool), then it goes to answer so they can screen who they wish to ignore. It's been going on for years. They're Ignoring phone calls that could be potentially worth thousands of pounds, are they nuts?
